Took a few minutes to set up and has worked almost perfectly since then. Nice to be able to use only one remote to turn set on and off, raise and lower the volume, and control the Roku stick. This was a worthwhile investment.

The sideclick is the perfect addition to my Roku. It lets me easily program it to control the basic functions of my TV and sound bar. I bought two of them and would buy them again. Great product and easy to program and use.

I love this thing beyond words. It is a little pricey, but the convenience more than makes up for it. Instead of remotes to control my roku, TV, and receiver I can use this to consolidate all the important controls.

I really like the functionality it adds to my roku remote. The only thing I don’t like and that’s why I don’t give it 5 stars is that it covers up the headphone jack in my remote.

The roku remote should have some with this from the factory! This thing is indispensable. Cheap and useful. Also, it's a learning remote. No need for codes. You can program individual buttons.

Stupid Easy to program and works as it should. Would give it 5 stars if it was sleeker, less bulky, and held the remote more ergonomically.

Works as advertised. Easy setup. Worked with Samsung TV and older Roku Premiere. Of course it would be better with more buttons but then the size increases and the thing gets too bulky. Picked this up on a daily deal and at that cost, well worth the money.

His is a great little device. It added in to my Roku Ultra controller with no issues as there are different mounts that come with it to accommodate different controller models. Programming is easy for each button. I was able to add some key functions from my TV controller, my sound bar, and my blue ray player that the Roku controller did not have that I wanted. I a, ow able to put away my controller for th TV, soundbar, and blue ray player away for 95% of the time now. PLEASE NOTE, IT WILL ONLY LEARN IR CONTROLLER FUNCTIONS (this is what it is made to learn). It will not learn if the controller is an RF controller. Luckily most controllers are IR. The only drawback is that when attached to the controller it made the controller wider so the fit in your hand was not as ergonomic as when the Roku controller was a stand alone unit (but I'll take the added convenience it provides). I have tried other learning controllers from Amazon and they did not work very reliably. This one. Rey reliably and learns the functions as they should work. I have two in use at my home.

Main reason I got this for was so I don't have to use 2 separate remotes. YouTube has an easy video on how to program it. It's a little awkward holding it at first but you get used to it. It has the volume up and down as well for the channels. Input button and buttons that you can program for almost any action you want.

Thank goodness. I had no idea this item existed until it was a deal of the day at Best Buy. I gave it a chance. And I am so glad I did. It is great. functions well - as expected. And better. What I really like about it? I can change the volume of my TV with my Roku remote only. That is great. I can turn on and off. And I can change the input. These are three items that having one remote versus having to use two remotes. If you have any streaming device, Roku, apple TV, Chrome TV, Fire TV. This is a must purchase.

We recently purchased this remote for our bedroom TV. We have had this Roku 3 for a couple of years. It was so inconvenient to have to use two remotes - one for the TV power/volume, and the other to operate the Roku. This product has a cradle that you snap you Roku remote in. Then you place it and your TV remote next to each other and press to link the two together. Then you store your TV remote and the Sideclick controls the Roku and your TV. Wonderful!

Better than expected. Clips to my Roku remote and works with all my equipment. I even was able to program buttons to control my space heater. So much better than having 4-5 remotes on my night stand.

We only have one remote for most of our televisions. But we have a Roku Premiere+ for our living room television...and two remotes, which drives me crazy! Sideclick - Universal Remote Attachment for Roku® Streaming Players is great. It was easy to setup, fits snug onto the Roku remote and saves us the the annoyance of having to grab (or find) the other remote anytime we want to adjust the volume. A great buy, worth every penny, highly recommend.

Works great. I was able to program enough functions to put away the tv remote and rely solely on this. You get to pick what each button does. Roku does slide up and down when pushed, but doesn't come off unless you want it to.

Debated about getting one since I already had a couple of older universal remotes programmed with Roku. But after enough verbal prodding from family members of various ages that they were often confused which remote buttons did what, I bought two when they went on sale - one for the family tv and one for the excersize room tv. Why did I wait? Soundbar and tv inputs were easily programmed into the sideclick and have had little to no issues with family members in regards to Roku streaming since. Recommended to a friend who bought one and had has the same positive experiences.

Good choice to work with a roku remote. Easy to program with a Samsung TV in my case.

I bought this because I didn't want to use 3 remotes to make all my stuff work and pay a bunch of more money for a high dollar remote. Easy as pie to set up and attach to my roku remote. You can make the buttons on this remote do whatever you want . You can have 1 button turn on your tv, 1 to turn on and control volume on your home theater, and for your various other devices. It does make the overall remote when connected to your roku device a little wide, which didn't bother me, but did my wife. We took hers back and bought her a cheaper universal remote, which broke after a week. Mine is good for me and I like the ability to control many devices without pressing a device button first before doing something. Well worth the money for me.

I got this remote so I would not have to deal with multiple remotes. It works well. It can turn on the TV, change channels and change the volume. It takes a little bit to get the remote setup, but if you are a little tech savvy, you will be able to get it. The only thing I would like for it, would be if the buttons were a little further apart, but other than that, I do like the remote.

Easy setup, works great to control the volume & channel selection with my Roku.

Easy to use and hold on to. I like the fact that the buttons are programmable.
