Pretty solid, but they are advertised as being good for working out and the first time I went for a run the left bud popped right out of my ear. I even had the best fitting ear bud tips and wing tips in. Overall sound is pretty good and I really like the personalized sound profile. The ANC is okay, but mid to high pitched noise still comes through a bit. The passthrough mode is great though. Pairing is a bit hit and miss, but I'm also using a bunch of older BT versions with it so that might be part of it.

I wanted to really like these but after a day of using them in my house and at the gym, I took them back. Build Quality: the charging case feels very plasticy and cheap, something akin to an inexpensive child’s toy. But it certainly looks cool though lol. The buds themselves are solidly made, only thing is if you have small ear canals these will definitely be a tight fit and hurt over prolonged use. Sound Quality: I’ve heard much better in cheaper buds and headphones but they aren’t too bad. I kept wanting to turn up the volume when it was at Max so that felt underwhelming. And I was expecting more bass than what was offered since it’s a Skullcandy product. So if you aren’t a bass head nor like listening to loud music when exercising/working out then these are perfectly fine (but why get Skullcandy then lol?) Functionality: The ANC in these gave me a huge headache after several minutes of having it turned on and it barely works, and it affected the sound quality of music, but it’s what to expect for the price range. BUT the ambiance mode is amazing honestly, it works well and doesn’t effect the sound at all. Overall: For what you’re paying these are decent. Not great but not bad. If you’re on a budget these will serve you well but if you can afford another $50-$100 I’d definitely go for something more premium.

I got these ear buds on sale 45$ cheaper then any where else. I own the skullcandy sesh ear buds and love them. Getting used to the touch function, instead of a physical button took a little while. But once I got used to it, it was no big deal. Other then that i love them. The battery life is awesome. The sound is better then i thought it would be. Very impressed.

I'm honestly happy and surprised at how good these headphones are. They stay in my ear very well at work and in the gym. They connect very easy and they sound very good. The touch controls work very well when in use. I do recommend using the SkullCandy app to personalize the sound. I'm very happy so far with the quality of these headphones.

Bought these for my hubby for work and he loves them. He says they cancel out the noise well enough for him to be able to hear what he needs to and they are comfortable, you don't feel the plastic like in other headphones that we have purchased and they are not bulky.

At first really liked these because they fit really good in your ear. However the rubber pieces wear out very fast and then the get loose and move all around. They need to create a better way so that the rubber pieces are stationary and don't move. Sound quality is good but the touch aspects of it are not to sensitive to the touch.

I waited a long time to write this review. The overall sound quality is great. The only thing I don't like about them is that they occasionally fall out of my ears. If I could I would give them a solid 4.5 because of that, but since I can't I am going for the 5 stars.

Superb sound, excellent battery life & Charging. Comfortable fit, cool design. Everything else is very poor. Frequent breaks/jitter in audio, drops in quality Frequently. I’ve had 2 pairs, both had the same issues, both broke after 3 months. ~$130 for a product that breaks after 3 months isn’t worth it. I expected higher quality from Skullcandy. The company gracefully sent a second pair, then issued a $130 rebate. had to pay for shipping to claim warranty, so I ended up paying ~$170 in total for a faulty product. I was glad to get rid of it by the end. Be very wary.

I've had it with these ear buds. I'm on my second set currently. The first set would have issues with the right earbud dropping audio (but still functioning for controls) after a few minutes of use. They would work after cycling the power, but then go out again anywhere from 2 minutes to an hour later. I figured I got a dud so I swapped them out and Best Buy was very accommodating with the exchange. The second pair didn't have the audio disconnect issue at first. It didn't start until I had the ear buds for about 6 months. Even though the audio loss to the right ear bud didn't start for 6 months, I still hated these ear buds from nearly the first week I had them. I should have returned them but I wanted to give them a chance because of all of the great reviews. Issue 1: I transition between using these with my phone and with my Ipad mostly. Sometimes (rarely) I use them with a laptop or PC. When trying to use them with my phone, I have to make sure BT is turned off on my Ipad. Same goes with trying to use it the other way around. If not, I cannot get it to connect to the device I wish to use it on. Even when outdoors, I have to stop what I am doing, go in the house to find my tablet, and turn off the BT just so I can connect to my phone. It drives me crazy. I know it doesn't have BT Multipoint, but it should at least connect to the closest device. It's like it remembers the last device used and expects that to be the one to connect to regardless of range or pairing request from the device you wish to use. Issue 2: Even if I have the BT turned off on the device I do not wish to pair to, I still have to cycle the power several times on the ear buds or cycle the BT of the device I'm trying to use on and off before it will connect. It sometimes takes me 5 minutes to use the darn things. Issue 3: Sometimes the right earbud will not make contact in the case when putting them away. It will detect the case and shut off, but it will not light the red light to indicate that it is charging. I keep my charge case clean, as well as the ear buds themselves. I'm also an electronics technician, so I understand the importance on contact surfaces and I know that the right bud audio issue isn't due to low charge level. The issue isn't dirt. It isn't the ear bud covers being out of alignment. I've checked that on the many instances this problem has occurred. Issue 4: Included winged silicone ear pieces fit great at first, but after a couple of weeks, they won't hold position on the ear buds and have to be adjusted before you can install them in the case, and after removing them from the case. I clean them with alcohol wipes and that helps a bit, but they still move around more than they should. Issue 5: Minor gripe. They are just a bit odd to handle sometimes. I always feel like they are about to get away from me. Same goes with the old Indy ear buds. These are absolute trash. I have the Non ANC Indy's as well and have had no such issues with them. They are actually dependable compared to the ANC variant. I have since replaced them with the Sony WH-1000XM4's. Sound quality is good or even great.

Don't know if I can say enough about these earbuds. These are without question the best earbuds I've ever owned. Full disclosure, the first pair quit charging about a week in, but I took them back and swapped them out and have had a good pair for a few months now. I have a large mower and the noise cancelling tech is so good I can listen to music while I mow. These are better than the over the ear headphones without noise cancelling. Also, you can pop one in at a time. This is great if you work in an office and have an annoying coworker who WILL NOT shut up and incessantly drones on about the most insipid topics. Don't want to listen? Pop one in and still be able to hear the phone ring. Coworker still talking? Point to the one bud. If this doesn't work, pop BOTH in, turn on noise canceling and you legit won't be able to hear her talking. No more hearing about how a tiny house is a good idea or her new boyfriend with a neck tattoo. Bliss!
