Nothing like getting a brand new PC, hooking it up and it being able to find all networks but your own. Great 1400 dollar investment

I guess my experience is unique but, here it is. I ordered a skytech chronos and it was delivered in a timely fashion, that's the good part. The bad part is it did not have a setup manual (yes setting it up is easy, but there still should be one in there) nor did the computer recognize my wifi network. It recognized others in the neighborhood but not mine. All my other electronic devices recognized my network and worked fine. So I contacted tech support who by the way, is not easy to get a hold of. As per their suggestion, I rebooted the router, and the computer several times and even had my provider reboot the modem from their end. Nothing worked. I tried using the ethernet cord, still nothing. One of the Amazon reviews stated that they had a similar problem and the issue was a wifi card.
Its an electronic device and things happen, I understand that. So, I reordered another skytech chronos. I got an email from Best Buy that the computer was shipped last week, but when I went to check the tracking number, the information showed that the computer was still sitting waiting to be shipped. The computer was to arrive a few days later but it was still waiting to be shipped. Thank goodness Best Buy has a good return policy, because after dealing with skytech's poor business practice, I decided to get a refund and go with a different organization.
