I have this attached to an Arlo camera in a tree and I doubted it would get enough sun to charge the camera. To my surprise, with about 3 hours of late afternoon direct sunlight the camera has regained the charge lost every day for about two weeks now.

The Arlo batteries only last a couple days. The solar panel really helps, so far it keeps the batteries at close to 100%.

A must buy for high traffic cameras. I was taking my driveway camera down every 4 weeks to charge it. Now I don’t have to worry about it anymore. It has never been below 90% since I purchased this solar panel.

It is convenient because I do not have to charge camera manually every time, however, it is not cheap. Wish the price was a little bit lower.

Don't expect it to always charge, especially when it's cloudy for days on end. However, once the sun started peaking out (I live in the Pacific NW), it was back up to 100% in just a few days. It really does work.

The Arlo - Solar Panel - Arlo Pro and Arlo Go Compatible (VMA4600) - Black is a must have for you cameras. While the batteries last a long time, the solar panel ends the need to ever remove the batteries and charge them again.

I was actually surprised how well these solar panels worked. I have a few and they seem to keep the Arlo charged at all times. Certainly better than climbing a ladder every couple of months to change the battery.

Just purchased a couple of weeks ago. So far it’s great,no battery issues. Will be buying another if this really holds the battery charge.

Great for those heavy traffic areas and it beats getting the ladder and recharging the battery on the camera. Purchased 2 and it was an easy install.

Works great as we have the arlo camera on our farm that we only visit on the weekend and don't get to charge camera battery. This keeps battery charged all the time and camera running 24/7.

This makes life so much easier. No more climbing ladders every week to recharge the battery. Works great. Note: If you use the paid feature for zones, this won't be enough power. You need to plug into a hard power line.

First solar panel did not work and was missing power cord. Store did not have replacement so had to contact mfg.

I have been checking how these are working on the camera batteries and they are keeping the batteries charged. One less thing to worry about and do maintenance on. They were a great suggestion to purchase from a Best Buy sales person.

The only thing I wish Arlo would do is to sell power cords as a separate item. I had one break and had to purchase a completely new one.

It's really useful. Since the day we bought it we don't have to recharge it because the battery's always full.

This product works great and was super easy to install. It took about 5-10 minutes and my camera was charging itself and now I no longer have to get out my ladder and take my camera offline to charge it.

I have a couple of Arlo wireless cameras where I need a tall ladder to get to them and have to recharge the batteries frequently. i added this small solar panel to them and it greatly extended the time between charges.

This solar panel is great addition to the arlo cameras. With this I no longer have to worry about the battery on the camera going dead.

My son lives in Los Angeles & has a gate at bottom of steps to his house..He never knows when anyone is at the gate unless they call. This camera with the solar spot is what he wants to place so he is able to eliminate that problem

This item is really great, works very,very well! If any doesn’t want the trouble of installing a wire, then this the item to get. My husband installed it about one month ago and haven’t had a problem yet, do recommend it
