Such complete and utter trash

Unfortunately I climbed up on my roof and professionally installed this and it will no longer charge after the first week of direct sunlight with the app stating the exact error message that everyone here is getting. I'm paraphrasing but something like you need to plug in a different charging source to the cam. Thought these panels were made for the Arlo Pro Cameras. Guess not. Tech support is ZERO help
