Works to keep battery fully charged. How ever the Zone option is only availble with AC plunged in only! Not available if Solar Panel is plugged in.

I figured these would be plug and play but I ended up having to update the firmware on one of the cameras before it would work. I’m also if your camera is busy it probably won’t keep up.

setup was a breeze Con was they don't seem to hold the power that they supposedly store from the light and the cameras won't operate when the batteries are low

Use the solar panel to charge the Arlo security cameras outside the house. They should last longer than they do.

No more climbing up a ladder to change out batteries. This thing has made maintenance a breeze. The only time it becomes a hassle is in the cold, when the sun isn’t as frequent

Product is good in summmer however when it drops below I would say 35 degrees it won’t charge.

Not sure what the fix is or when they will find a solution, but these solar chargers do not charge up the camera battery. Everyone I know that has one has some sort of problem with the power cord. I'm sure Arlo knows about this but has not come up with a solution. Another problem is replacement power cords. I had one that got damaged and they cannot provide me with a new one. Been waiting about a month now and nothing yet. They say they can't source a supplier and have no stock to send.

These are good but break easily. Definitely get the 4 year protection plan for like $14.

Depending on how much traffic you camera picks up. The batteries may have to be recharged more often. For myself every 3 to 4 weeks. I hate having to climb the latter to do so. With this solar charger, I do not have to. I love having this feature.

I purchased two of these solar panels. One of them was defective and was exchanged at Best Buy. Since that was replaced they work like a charm.

Well, I charged my Arlo Pro 2 and attached the Panel. For one reason or another I noticed my Argo getting knocked off line. I will try again and see what happens.

These panels are great to charge the batteries, they're a bit more involved than connecting the Ring solar panels.

This has been a good panel which is used in a remote location. Can't say how well it is doing with weather as far as environmental wear.

I've ordered other solar panels for my Arlo Go cameras but find the mounting adapters of the actual Arlo brand to better thought out and feel assured that they will product the cameras from water seepage, but a durable mount.

Works great under full sun. Not so great where it geta partial sun partial shade

This was a dream come true, no more climbing up the ladder to recharge my camera. everything you need comes with the solar panel . the only thing you need is a ladder and a drill gun. Install time less than a half a hour.

Excellent for areas that are well lit but in filtered light it still struggles. Make sure to look up which direction you need to face it for your area (south where i am)

This is the newer version of the solar cell for the arlo cameras. Note the numbers are the same as the older version. I wouldn't buy the older version.

It is very good but I expected more . It can be very helpful for my Arlo camera because I have very heavy traffic on my driveway

I really love not having to swap out or charging batteries with the solar panel. My only disappointment is it doesn't allow your camera to create "activity zones" like you can if hardwired to AC power.
