Won't work in New England, the temperature rating is not low enough

It works at the beginning but it doesn’t hold the battery all night to charge.

This is one the worst purchases i ever made in best buy. Returned it to the store.

My solor panel is not working since I have it I have a big problem

After letting it sit and moving after a few days I gave up.

Stopped working after 30 days. Would not return for me at BBY. My loss!

I had hopes but it's not compatible with the arlo pro 2 cameras.

I bought 4 of these and have been using them for nearly 3 months now without issue! To ensure that it works properly, you MUST fully charge your Arlo's to 100% before connected these and placing them outside to ensure your Arlo stays charged while the the sun is beaming on it. Ensure you place these where it will get adequate sunlight (common sense). I recommend everyone to get these if you have Arlo's outside as it's a pain to take these down to charge and then adjust the camera back everytime!

I've been eagerly waiting for the Arlo Solar Panel. Anything to be able to just set and forget my Arlo Pro cameras. Since it's a new product, I only bought one panel to test the waters. Charged the camera's battery from 60% to 87% with one day's worth of sunlight (for reference, summertime in Southern California with the panel facing south). I want to give it another month or so to see how it fares over time, but I'm ready to order more!

I have been waiting patiently for the solar charger to hit the market. have a camera looking at my front porch that gets alot of street and foot traffic. Needless to say its been a challenge to keep battery charged. Added solar panel to a 22% charged battery and in 3days I'm over 40% battery charge level and growing. I get about 3-4hrs of direct sun everyday so solar panel was the perfect solution for my needs.

These things work great when the sun is out. If there is no sun they don’t work. So if you live in Ohio like myself don’t expect these to keep the Arlo camera charged during the winter. But they work great for 9 months out of the year. Plus who robs in the winter?

I've tried to use the Arlo Solar Panels to charge my Arlo Pro4 Cameras since October of 2022. The batteries were fully charged on all my Pro 4 Cameras. They don't work!! left them up for 2 months?? Started my Monitoring on 11-15-2022. I've contacted ARLO SUPPORT SINCE A WEEK AFTER PURCHASING LIFETIME SERVICE ON 11-15-2022. THEIR SOLAR PANELS DON'T WORK!! THEY ASKED ME TO SEND ONE BACK FOR TESTING? I DID!! THEY NEVER CONTACTED ME WITH THE RESULTS? I SPOKE WITH 2 OF THEIR REPRESENTATIVES YESTERDAY? STILL NO SOLUTION? ONE ASKED ME ABOUT THE TEMPERATURE OUTSIDE MY HOME? I WAS INFORMED THAT THE TEMPERATURES HERE IN FLORIDA ARE AFFECTING THE SOLAR PANELS??

I just added two Arlo solar panels to keep my Arlo Pro 2 camera's charged. They are doing exactly that. I am happy to report I recommend them totally.

Seen reviews about errors. We have had them too but leave charger alone for a day and it corrects itself. We still get errors from time to time but they haven’t caused any problems. We don’t live where the system is located but monitor remotely. Home is at our vacation home where we intend to retire. Currently used as Airbnb.

I would recommend it helps to charge the battery in my area not fully. But would recommend if you do not want to constantly go up a ladder to replace the battery.

a few days in I wrote a positive 5 star review. I also believed the people having issues were not installing correctly or considering outside temperature or clouds. I totally regret my Review. Of my three two have completely failed! Swapping cameras, batteries, resetting everything, trying at 20%, 40%, 60% 80%, 100% and they will not work. Firmware is current on everything. system is a five camera arlo pro. Cameras and batteries are about 9 months old. It is a zero cloud day, 63 degrees out, and at 1:00 pm with panels clean, fully in sun and at about 10 degree angle facing south, (ie utterly perfect conditions) I am getting no charge symbols on two out of three. Very high quality outdoor panels of this sixe, voltage and amperage are $40. I can only assume Arlo is either buying cheap junk to rebrand. AVOID these panels, you will spend more time and effort, not to mention substantial money, to be worse off than recharging manually.,

These panels worked great for the first week and kept the batteries fully charged. After that they failed to charge, resulted in an incorrect charging source error, and just basically failed. I tried all the "tips" on the Netgear site, including re-aligning panels, replacing batteries with fully charged ones, removing and reseating charge cables, etc. None of these tips resolved the issue. I will be returning the panels to my local store today and going through the challenging process of wiring house current through the attic to the general camera locations and using the wall warts and cables provided with the spare batteries I purchased. I truly wish Netgear had released a solar product that lived up to the excellence of their Arlo Pro product.

This solar panel is very sturdy and works very well. I have four arlo pros. I bought, this to try and power one on the roof. It works great. The camera can get to cold to charge.
