I love the fact that I can control it with my cell phone. My only complaint, and this might be related to my specific setup, is that when I have the audio set to TV sometimes when I come back the next day I have to change the device back to TV. Also, with some connected devices I seem to have lipsync issues, but it seems to be sporadic.

Soon after the GS left my home, I began having trouble. They came back a week later and were all but stumped as well. They did a complete factory reset and it fixed the problem for a day or so, but it resurfaced. In the end I switched to a Yamaha receiver and so far love it. GS was great...even got the Field Marshal involved and they stood by their installation and product(s) with no hassle. I would HIGHLY recommend BestBuy and the Geek Squad, but not the Sony receiver.

It's a great receiver but it has problems displaying 4k on the PlayStation 4 Pro. This receiver has less features then the Str - dn840 but it does support HDR and hdcp 2.2 which was my main concern. Connecting this receiver to the XBR - 55x700d was easy and my TV was able to display HDR with no issues with my ps4 pro.
