Horrible Receiver

If I could I give it half a star or non. The receiver would not go pass volume 15. It would display the word Protector and shut off. I did the process of elimination and saw it didn't do this to the sub or bookshelf speakers. But even after disconnecting the speakers it still shut off after displaying Protector

Unfortunately, this is not the case. I connected both a 4k Directv receiver and new Xbox One S. When running the set-up for the Xbox, the receiver was failing to pass through any features or functions beyond the 4k resolution. No HDR 10 information received, and all check marks on the 4k set-up screen on the Xbox showed a failure. The Xbox worked okay when using the TV as the media hub, but to me that kind of defeats the purpose of having a receiver.
