I neede a replacement foe my old receiver and this one is great! The only problem is that my old one had a radio in it as well!

Geek Squad installed this along with our new Sony TV. It has been a really good product so far.

Has good power output as long as you don't have giant floor speakers. But it can handle everything else flawlessly. Love the sound.

Bought it for the wireless connection capability. Works great. Great wireless control, wattage and volume. Love it.

I recently updated my older receiver with this one. it is great because it has a/b switch allowing me to run speakers to my shower.

For the price, you cannot find a better home theater. Missing some of the newest features but overall cannot be happier.

So far this has worked great! Haven't had a long time so can't say for sure but it seems to be exactly what I wanted.

This sony receiver showed fair promise from the beginning with a solid number of I/O as well as decent software features...BUT the fun does NOT last long. One of the major issues that first started was Video not loading on some startups; had to turn it back off then on OR go to another input & come back. Recently one of the MAJOR issues that happened was the only HDMI out on this receiver dying. Yes i tried multiple other hdmi cables & they all worked fine plugged directly into my TV. My work around this was using an optical audio cable form the tv into the receiver to use my theater speakers. Works, for now. BUT a new recent issues is audio occasionally starting to drop for a second or two, coming back, recurring more often, until the audio drops. Have to turn the receiver off then back on to reset this...BUT eventually comes back. Never will I ever get anything Sony again. Pioneer, Denon, Onkyo, any of those are better options than this.

It is kind of hard to get all the speakers you want to run without reading the book due to its own idea of a good set up

did exactly what we needed it to do since our other receiver was not strong enough for all the different zones in our house

It's budget-priced but shuts off shortly after turning on. It's in the manual that it is programmed to do this listing conditions that do not apply to regular use. Not what I expected or needed, and I am returning it tonight.

I bought this receiver because I had just bought a new tv, and thought this would improve my experience..and I was not wrong.

We replaced our old jvc receiver and added the two extra speakers for the 7.2 and it sounds amazing great surround quality

I received this as a gift from my spouse and really excited to set it up. I haven't yet but I know Sony is a reputable brandz

Got a great deal on this receiver with 7.2 channels and 4k pass through. $200 for this in a brand name like Sony is unbeatable.

Bought this Sony to replace my Onkiyo receiver that took a nose dive, Only 3 years old, so glad I went back to Sony.

sound was hollow, even after calibration. You get what you pay for. went back to Onkyo, which i've always been happy with.

Everything works great, as advertised. The Bluetooth sometimes works with Alex but the setup for it has problems
