This is such an easy to use 4K tv that has great remote and great apps to select from. Then there is the help button with its own self diagnosis option GREAT AND USEFUL HELP PLATFORM.

I just love this TV. The picture quality and software beats the rivals of Sony. I did much research on the TV I was to purchase and after much consideration it came down to Samsung and Sony. I went with Sony because my soundbar is Sony and i own a Playstation 4. The TV talks to all of them and they sync flawlessly with the ability to control all three with the TV remote.

This Sony has met my expectations 100%. The size was purfect for the placement in our home. The picture could not be better. Mated to a Directv and high speed internet we get all the programming we love.

I wanted to invest on a 4K TV but really had difficulty on what brand and model to buy, I decided to go with this Sony 4K TV and I am very glad I did and I now am more pleased watching Blueray videos and playing video games with my PS4.

This is the first Sony TV that I have purchased in several years because the Sony TV's were higher priced then comparable models from other manufacturers. I am very satisfied with the picture quality and the features that this TV has. The price was definitely a factor in my purchase.

Checked with Consumer Reports before buying appliances, and they gave a highly recommended rating to Bravia. My wife and I went to Best Buy and told a helpful salesperson we wanted to look at their best 4K Ultra high def television sets, and were immediately brought to Sony Bravias. The picture was so lifelike and crisp we just bought it on the spot.

I have always liked Sony televisions. There are less expensive televisions in the same size and same class. Once again I am pleased that I spent the extra money to purchase the Sony over the other brands that had same/like products.

Great tv in terms of features and best of all picture quality. Google still has some work to do with Android TV but it's better than what Sony used to have and creates upgrade infrastructure, so I hope they do more. Picture quality is superb, they did a heck of a job on up scaling. Only feature missing is 3D, but not a biggie for this screen size

The XBR is a perfect size for my wall mount cabinet. Easy to set-up and depending on what I am watching the people look like they are right there in the room with me. It replaced an 8-year-old Sony Bravia, which retired to the bedroom and is still a great TV--thanks Sony!!!

Absolutely love this tv! It was very easy to set up although it did require an update when I got it out of the box. The interface is simple for anyone to use and there are a lot of great apps out there as well for the tv.

Purchased this to replace a broken bedroom tv. The picture quality is outstanding and required very little tweaking out of the box. I use it primarily for watching cable tv from a dvr so I haven't explored any of the smart tv features. Very happy with this purchase.

The new Sony Smart 4k tv is a great buy! I am so happy I made this purchase. The resolution is amazing and the tv is very user friendly. It was really easy to put together once at home and also easy to hook up to my Dish service. Definitely a good purchase decision.

The picture quality is great. The TV "jumps" off HDMI1 often and I constantly have to reset it or unplug it and disconnect it to restart it. Sony advised me that this is because it gets hot. Somehow it started on its own to put the closed captioning on and now I don't know how to get the closed captioning off my screen. I have tried everything. I just wish someone made an HD picture quality TV that wasn't a smart TV that wasn't so darn hard to figure out.

As a Best Buy employee, I've found Sony products are top notch. That's what drew me to this tv. The 4k picture is amazing, it's definitely enhanced my video gaming experience. As someone who watches more apps than cable, the quick access to Netflix and Youtube and the simplicity of us is perfect for me. I got the 43" for my bedroom and it's great, it doesn't take much space and there's no need for a sound bar, because the back speakers do enough to fill the room with sound. All around happy with the purchase and I still have a lot more to explore with my new Sony 4k tv!

Very clear picture , good sound, easy to put together .

This is a great TV for a small living room. I had a Samsung TV that quit after only 3 years use. Went with this 4K TV, and now just have to wait for all the 4K programming. Even at 2K, this TV has a very nice picture. I did purchase the extended warranty on the TV, and it being a Sony, I seriously doubt that I'll be using it.

This TV has everything going for it. Although the screen size is not as large as some, it was the perfect fit for my living room. It has an exceptional picture which is consistent with my other Sony TV purchases and had all the features I was looking for. I would strongly recommend this TV to anyone seeking a quality product
