In my opinion it’s the best TV around in this price range and simple to use

TV is great, great picture, great quality overall wonderful. The only complaint is the TV itself has about a 4 inch back-and-forth give when on the stand. It does lean back slightly. It doesn't seem like the stand is big enough or sturdy enough for the size of the TV. Have read several complaints regarding this; it was a bad design on Sony's part. We even took the stand apart and reattached it, same problem. It just seems somewhat loose and leans back slightly. Two small rubber furniture cups on the back 2 feet seem to keep the TV level and propped where it is supposed to be. Shouldn't have to do that for an $800 television but it is a good quality TV otherwise.

I purchased this smart TV a week ago...enjoying it! I was looking for a decent TV with good quality image and sound, Bluetooth capabilities, and main apps (Netflix, YouTube, Amazon movies) and this one had all the options. I am truly satisfied with the product... for the price, it was a good deal...you rarely go wrong with Sony electronics.

The TV originally was $799 then dropped to $699 and just recently dropped to $629. It was time to make the purchase. This is my 3rd Sony TV in a row. I already had a bracket up so putting the TV on the wall was easy. Doing the installation was also very easy. Hooking up the TV to the WiFi no problem. Smart TV 4K great colors what else do you want!!

GREAT COLOR, SOUND, AND CLARITY. CAN NEVER GO WRONG WITH A SONY.

Set up easy, nice design stand. Audio settings allowed for a custom setting. Optical audio out requires a converter to hook up an external analog system, not expensive. Remote features youtube great for browsing. Glad my 11 year old DLP rear projection went bad, a great replacement. Picture quality puts the DLP to shame.

Purchased for my great room. I mounted above the fire place. It looks great. I am using the wifi option of the smart TV so no additional cords are needed. It looks great. The picture looks awesome. I would recommend to anyone.

So my old tv died. 1st choice was best buy. I really didnt want to spend over $500 but im glad I did. When i was in the store looking at the tvs this had the best crisp clear picture from anywhere in the store! This was the last one in the store. The guy sold it to me for 15% off as is. Which was great. Im really happy. It was easy to set up. I wasnt too sure with the stand but if you install it right it is really sturdy.

This tv is a great value. Sony truly makes the best tv’s third one I have owned over the years. I tried going cheap and buying another brand and I returned it and bought this one and I am very happy with my purchase

I purchased this as a gift for my mother-in-law. It was very easy to set-up, straight out of the box and the picture quality is excellent. She's happy with it, which makes my wife happy, which in turn makes my life easier.

We chose this TV for the Sony reputation and for the experience we have had with Sony products. So far it has lived up to our expectations. It has a beautiful picture and is very user friendly.

I have had a Sony for many years. Now ready to upgrade. Purchased another brand and once it was set up I was very disappointed in quality of picture. Returned and purchased Sony and extremely happy.

What a great tv. We were recommended this television by a Best Buy rep, and we couldn't be happier. Easy to set up, and the picture quality is great, even on the 720p signal that we sometimes get through our streaming services. It scales up very well, and the 4k picture is wonderful. Also, the brightness, and anti-glare are perfect for the bright room that we have it in. I would suggest looking at this tv to anyone in the market for a good 4k display.

Salesperson recommended upgrade for picture quality. Did not have advertised TV on floor to compare picture to picture. Would have liked to see the comparison myself, rather than being upsold.

I LIKE IT GREAT COLOR AND PICTURE NEEDS A BETTER REMOTE WITH BIGGER NUMBERS HARD TO CONNECT TO INTERNET

When purchasing this Sony TV, it was between this or similar Samsung and LG 55" 4K TVs. Ultimately, I went with the Sony and I am very happy with my choice. The color, contrast, and sharpness of the image are all excellent. The colors on Samsungs are often so vibrant that it makes images look fake, and LG doesn't seem to match Samsung or Sony quality unless you buy the OLED models. My one note would be to not use Cinema or Gaming mode because it gives the picture a yellow tint that I personally am not a fan of, so I often leave the image settings on General for the best overall look. but if input lag is important for you, then Gaming mode may be necessary as I have found it to be in a few games that require precision timing.
