Failed my expectation for a Sony brand

After 20 days of enjoying the TV, it randomly stops functioning. It doesnt connect to my internet. Even when it does the kids YouTube that’s preinstaled in the TV keeps being closed automatically. And the TV just freezes all of a sudden and nothing works. The only way to make it work is to unplug the TV and then restart it. I took the problem to Best Buy but they said they can’t do anything after the 15 days of purchase.

The sound is so good that it does NOT need additional speakers unless you have this in a very large room. The features are great, easy connection to wifi and apps, etc.

Not a lot of smart options. I’ve only had it for 2 weeeks,but I’m pretty satisfied with my purchase.

Was surprised by the sound quality that I am currently getting from just the TV. Using this in my bedroom and thought I would have to supplement with a sound bar. I likely still will, at some point, but is not a necessity right out of the box. If it was my living room I likely would want the sound bar.

Amazing Picture Quality

I went to Best Buy and asked the sales rep to show me the 55" 4K TV's but I didn't want to know the brand. ( Sometimes that can sway your decision. ) This set seemed to have a slight edge in definition and sharpness so, I asked the rep who the manufacturer was and he said Sony. This is also the first Sony tv I've ever purchased. The only down side are the speakers. ( They lack clarity and don't project very well. ) So, I bought the Sony Sound Bar system and man did this puppy wake up! Now, I've got an amazing picture and sound to go with it. Sony's got my vote!!!
