The color is great and the resolution is great, the overall picture is great. It comes with Netflix and YouTube. Does not have an app store.

Setup for TV mostly straight forward with directions provided. Support brackets could be more rigid, brackets do work well to stabilize TV. Sony recommends possible rear attachment to TV for additional support. Quality of Picture is vivid with great color. Even watching old black and white movies are good. Sound from internal speakers provide good sound. I do not use a sound bar. Overall the product is great.

This TV is sleek. It has a great picture and a lot of connectors. It is an awesome value.

We are very satisfied with this SONY 55" television. The setup was easy and the quality is great. We are still trying to get used to the sound, but may not have the setting just right.

Every TV we own is a Sony. Only purchased a new one because we wanted bigger! Not ever had issues with workmanship from them. Plus now we have an extra one for backyard patio watching.

My wife and I are really enjoying this television. It is the second television that we have bought from Best Buys and we heartedly agree this was a "best buy". We searched around for the same TV and found the best deal at Best Buys and the best delivery and set-up by the Geek Squad. This television lives up to all our expectations. Beautiful picture, quality excellent and we just couldn't ask for more in service.

Fantastic picture! The only issue I had was using cordless earphones without disconnecting the sound to others watching television. An upgrade from Sony fixed the problem. You do have to upgrade your boxes if you want great photos which may cost extra monies from your provider. I do recommend you have it installed on your wall; it’s heavy and cleaning the screen, it wobbles.

I bought this TV recently after looking at a comparable LG and Samsung. I spend the extra $80 due to the color. One thing I always look for is the reds and the blacks because those are the two hardest colors for a TV to produce. This "budget" Sony had way better red and black than the other two. The apps on this tv are lacking significantly vs. the LG and Samsung but it does have your main apps such as Youtube, Netflix and Aamazon so if that is all you need this TV will be fine. The sound is okay but it is a flat screen so a sound bar is needed if you care about sound whatsoever. Overall I am happy with the tv.
