I got this one for 2nd tv, I already own one and had nothing but great success. Great picture and easy to set up, the price really reasonable. No issue's on either one, best one I've had.

Never disappointed with Sony's Streaming Wi-Fi Built-In Blu-ray Player. I think they're easy to setup and use. I tried a Samsung but ended up taken it back and going with this one. Maybe I'm just a creature of habit but find it hard to beat Sony when it comes to DVD player and their ease of operation!

I wanted a WiFi enabled BluRay since my older TV is not a Smart-TV. This Sony unit fit the bill. Easy setup and great picture. Streaming from my WiFi network works great and lets me view on my "bigger" screen TV instead of the computer monitor. One thing to be careful of is that there is a parental control lock that can be activated by hitting a set sequence of keys on the remote. When I accidentally did that I could not even open the disk drawer or start a movie playing. Had to go online to figure out why it was locked and how to unlock it. After that I was OK.

The Sony Blu-Ray Disc Player was a pleasant surprise with the compact size and the ease of hook-up with the HD cable. Also, the quality of the High Definition Blue-Ray does not disappoint.

I chose to purchase this due to the quality of sony. they did not disappoint. the image quality and speed is great (im not patient). it is inexpensive probably due to the bad reviews of the drive locking shut and people not getting their movies out. I saw the official patch fixed this issue and installed before even using. I have not had any issue what so ever and have been using it constantly for about a month now. it is used for discs only so its imperative that it works properly by the update. for an inexpensive player its perfect, you get bluray without the cost of more expensive players that do needless extras. yeah it has a flaw but update it and you will not see a problem!

My previous DVD player suddenly locked up and I needed a new one that day. I researched for a few hours online and decided to purchase this model. Big selling point was it was available that day through Best Buy fast store pick up. Worked great right out of the box. Very satisfied with the product.

I was asked to purchase a dvd or bluray player for our training room at work. I bought this player "blind"; i.e., read no reviews and didn't check with anyone. It was a good move! Got this back to the office and set it up. The menus are easy to follow and it is packed with features. We had just upgraded all of our audio/visual equipment and were using another product to stream images wirelessly to through a projector. I wish we had saved our money and just used this player. We were able to stream video and audio through this player seamlessly. It was very easy to use and even our most "computarded" employee can use it. Great product. We will be buying a second one for another room.

Excellent Blu=ray player. Has wi-fi built into it. excellent for streaming and DVD playback. Good for a back up player as well.

Great product - very easy to set up, it very rarely cuts out when using the wifi. Plays blu-ray and dvd - I am so glad I bought this! It was an impulse buy but very much worth the price!

It works fine. My wife thinks that it reacts slowy, i.e. it is not the fastest, reacting to the remote, blu-ray/DVD player that you will come across. The remote only interacts with 11 TV brands and Vizio is not one of them. I just bought it less than a month ago, so take the quality ratings for what they're worth. I bought it as a economical Blu-ray/DVD player with Wi-Fi connectivity and it meets all of that criteria.

I replaced my older Sony model with this smaller Sony model. Though smaller, it is not short on quality and performance. Just follow the easy setup steps, pop some popcorn and enjoy the movie.

I've always liked Sony brands for their high quality and this player is no exception. Bought this for my parents and they've been extremely happy with it so far. Quick and easy to set up and no calls from my father about "why can't I get this thing programmed right" which is always a plus!!

This DVD player should meet the needs for anyone in the market for a basic, no frills player. I purchased this unit for my Grandsons bedroom monitor. The instructions are straight forward and installation is quick. The picture is impressively crisp and sound reproduction meets expectations.

Besides streaming and disc playback quality, the setup was very easy, even connecting to my home wireless. Many excellent apps on it too, like pandora & netflix. Highly recommended.

I would highly recommend this DVD player. I like that it's wireless and you can play both blu ray and regular DVD's. Very easy to use and small enough so it doesn't take up a lot of space.

Best Blu-ray player for price. Sony quality isn’t perfect but better than any other brand. 4 stars only because it isn’t 4K Blu-ray. 4K Blu-ray price is still too high

Upgrade from an old Vizio blu ray. Bought open box, so price was right. Definitely recommend if you need an inexpensive blu ray.

great for price. very small, but works great. able to update without any problem. no problem connecting to wifi. no problem using youtube or netflix via this player.
