the fact that it plays blue ray discs ensures we will use it for years to come as dvd becomes less than current. the fact that it streams allow us access to much more than we can get on the 30 &/- television channels we get for free with the antenna. it will broaden our viewing experiences tremendously. it was time to upgrade and i am glad we did.

This is the 2nd one I bought. It's inexpensive, easy to setup and works great for my needs. I would recommend this to most everyone.

This was the 3rd blu-ray player we purchased after trying twice with another brand and it is so much better and easier to use. The discs start up quickly and you can pick up right where you left off if the machine is turned off. Easy interface and great picture.

I bought a different brand and could not figure it out. I called the company and they told me I needed to upgrade the software before it would work. I took it back to the store and got this one instead. Worked great right out of the box. Exactly what I paid for.

My daughter still watches DVDs and Blue Ray so I picked up this Sony. It's easy to use and the price was right. No issues.

It comes preinstalled with apps like YouTube and Netflix. I live that you can play PlayStation games in it. The dvds play well. Overall I'm very pleased with this DVD

We’ve only used the Blu-ray player a few times, but so far it works great, is easy to use, and has good apps pre-installed.

This is so small and easy to use. I did not have a smart TV and now I can view Netflix through this. Very easy to operate I highly recommend it

This Blue Ray DVD player accepts regular DVD's. And made my old flat screen a smart TV. The DVD player connects to my WiFi system and can display internet sites like YouTube and has access to other applications for free and to pay movies and TV programs

Easy hook-up, streaming is not an issue, and plays the blu ray disks without an issue. If looking for Blu Ray player, look no further.

Great BR player for the price. Easy to setup and use. Didn't need anything too fancy, but this had all the features I needed. Compact size, too.

Other than the summary, I have only one comment. To use the remote to control a TV, there are only certain TV brands that the remote can control. If your TV is not in the internal list, there is no option to program your TV. That means a 2 remote operation.

This is my second one of these. Great unit. Picture and sound are great. Lots of built in apps for streaming. Compact size. Highly recommend.

I purchased one and it was so simple to set up I had to get another one. I like that we can add additional apps. Tiny and light player but super fast and clear.

I like the quality of Sony. It's easy to connect and use. The picture quality and details are clean and bright at a very affordable price.

Our blu-ray player conked out and I thought it would be easy to replace. Come to find that some big box stores have stopped carrying them and inventory is in short supply even when you find one. We found this Sony and were happy when it was delivered three days earlier than original projected shipping date! It was easy to set up and usage is intuitive. The only reason it doesn't get five stars is that it does not have a program timer display. Otherwise, we are very pleased.

This is a really good BluRay player for the price. I got it on sale for $60 and it has all of the features I was seeking including streaming and compact size.

I bought this on cyber Monday to go with the tv I purchased on Black Friday. This is very easy to use, set up and enjoy. Great pic, sound, features, and price.

For the money, which was an excellent price, Sony makes a compact, high quality Blu Ray, DVD, streaming player. I'm very happy with my choice.
