The blu ray player has been good. It was easy to connect and so far it works great and it is compatible with my sony tv...

Bought this so I could watch movies I owned during the world shutdown (Covid). I did not need a unit that offered streaming but the price was right and this gave me flexibility to move the unit to another room later. The Blu-ray player has performed flawlessly. This machine does not have many high end perks but it plays movies. What more do I need? There is a little annoying thing in where my TV changes inputs when i first start using the blu-ray player ...like when I first put the disc in... but that is probably my TV acting funny as its an older plasma (yes, i said plasma) tv. No issues with the Sony Blu-ray player....i would buy it again.

Bought this player for my bedroom so that I can use my Netflix and Hulu with my wifi. Working perfectly so far no issues.

I had blue ray player killed by lightening. This Sony is a very good quality unit and the set up was a breeze! Wireless has worked flawlessly and we easily view Netflix, you tube, Fox News and Pandora from the easy to navigate menu screen. A great buy from Best Buy... Seriously! My only complaint is that there is no optical audio connection.

My Sony blue player is smaller, but absolutely better. I have 4 different players around the house & they are all from SONY.

I bought this item to have blue ray and streaming in a guest room. some reviewers mentioned that they had problems with the units locking up and not being able to open the disk door.I have not had that problem. I have played blue rays and DVDs and cd with out any problems. I had to run a cat5 cable to get the best benefit of the streaming.

Great brand name, so is it any surprise Sony makes a great Blu Ray player? Not at all. Awesome product at a great price.

I like this blu ray player it was cheap and does all that I needed and simple remote like button just for Netflix is neat

I'm a senior, not very techy but even I could figure out how to set this up in 15-20? minutes. there might be too many buttons on the remote to figure how what they all can do but the instruction booklet helps there.

Seems to work fine. Good bang for the buck. Great little machine just what we were looking for. Salesman was a big help.

This was a present for my elderly father who is technologically challenged and it works great for him and easy to set up

My previous Blu-Ray player died after 6 years of service. I can't complain. I went down and bought the Sony BDP-S3700. It was easy to set up including the wifi. This little player produces better picture and sound than my previous Panasonic. I'll probably buy a second unit. Give this little player an audition!

I like Sony products and own the higher model already. Got this for my daughter for smart features. Very easy to use.

This Blu-ray player gives a very good, clear picture and is small enough to go just about anywhere you need it. The only drawback I have seen is that it doesn't save your location on the disk so you have to forward it to get back to where you stopped after you turned it off.

It's not the top of the line, but if you're looking for a reliable blu-ray and turn your TV into a smart one you don't have to go any further. This Sony player loads fast and gives you a large number of apps, plus the savings of buying a new TV. I turned my 49" LG in to a great smart tv for less than 70 bucks. No regrets here.

Great deal for a wireless BlueRay/DVD combo. Very good picture quality, even for burned DVDs. Streaming apps work well.

Covers all the entertainment needs for any company that stays over at my place and I got it for really great open box price.

This is my main DVD player. It plays both standard definition and Blu-ray DVDs. The playback quality of standard DVDs is excellent, with a picture that is near high-definition quality. It connects wireless to my to my cable modem/router, allowing me to access many stream streaming services.

Good for price. Nice to have all the apps if you don't have a separate streaming device hooked up. 4 stars since it's glitchy sometimes. Locks up and have to hard power reset for this or to reset the wifi. I have one for 3 years and this newer one. They are both glitchy.
