Bought this player because I've had so much luck with Sony products. This player is easy to use and streams. Nice and compact.

I needed to upgrade an older player. This player includes WiFi so we are able to use it to stream Netflix etc. as well as to play DVD and Blu Ray media. It was reasonably priced and works as expected. Our TV only has 2 HDMI inputs and is not a “smart” TV. For streaming, we can use this player and no longer need our Roku player. We had been using an HDMI hub to accommodate multiple input devices. The hub was causing glitches and other problems. This new player allows us to ditch the hub.

Great picture and great price. Works better than any other blu ray that I’ve had before that I paid 2x the amount.

My first Blu ray player goes back more than a few years, when it finally went ka-boom I was happy to have a chance to upgrade. Even though this SONY BDP S3700 player was in the process of its own on-shelf upgrade, I am very happy with its performance. It was over twice as small as my old blu ray, the response time is much quicker, and set-up was extremely easy with easy to understand instructions. Very happy with this Sony, plus I got it at a great price.

Great small DVD player. It turns tv into smart tv. Easy to use and has built in apps. I purchased this for our RV and we love watching movies on the road. It does have great picture and fits perfectly in the small compartment.

This DVD player is a great value for your money as it is made well, connects efficiently with online entertainment services, and (most importantly) plays DVD flawlessly. In a time that TV will have its own online system to access various entertainment systems, you can be prevented from having access to some of your paid subscription and this DVD player solved that problem without having to re-engineer the entire console. Easily recommend.

I needed to find a blue-ray player that would also make my tv "smart". I found everything I needed in this device, at a bargain price at Best Buy. It plays my blue-ray and dvd discs flawlessly, and also provides a number of apps that allow me to play media from the internet. The only thing you need to know going in is that this device does not give you a web browser to use on your tv. But I have several other devices that do that.

I love this Blu-Ray player this is the second one I have bought. The WiFi works great for it alon with the apps. The only issue with it is if you lose the remote for the Blu-Ray player you will not be able to do ANYTHING at all including watch movies... I think there might be an app for your smartphone that you can download in case you lose the remote but if their is I haven’t found it yet... other than that issue it’s a great product.

Small profile needed for my installations in my RV. Controls easy to use. Excellent picture.

Purchased 2 of these blue ray players during Black Friday Sale. Normally an LG person, but so far am very impressed with Sony. Quick delivery and easy to follow instructions. I'm now able to watch Netflix, Hulu and Amazon Prime with a push of the button. I like that the remote is small and the blue ray player does not take up must space. No longer have cable and these have been a great alternative.

Nice compact blue-ray player. I bought this product open-box and I am able to watch movies on DVD, Blue-ray, and over the internet. Very easy to install and the first time I connected to a samsung tv and Wi-Fi it downloaded an update and it has been working great.

I bought this because I wanted a blue ray player that would take up a small amount of space on my tv stand. It works well, is small, and was inexpensive. Exactly what I wanted. I have Roku so don' use the apps, but nice to know they are there if I want them.

As per usual, Sony gives us another good product. I don't need to tell you that Sony is good at what they do. If your looking for a DVD player that is light weight , not bulky and has apps for streaming built right in then look no further. Honestly unless your looking for a DVD player that does 4k I believe this HD blue ray is hard to beat. I've been satisfied with picture quality, functions and built in apps. I really enjoy how compact and light weight it is but still well built. The controller gives several options for playback and app options. With so many options out there I wasn't sure when I bought this but now that I have used it for a few months I'm sure that I made the right choice. At the time this unit was the best price and with that and now knoknowingly wing how well it functions. For me this Sony blue ray WiFi streaming DVD player is the best option on the market.

I needed a small enough player to fit under the screen on my TV. This one is not only Blu-ray, but has apps included within the unit like Netflix, etc. It fits my needs so well, I bought one for the TV in my rec-room. Great player!!

I bought 3 of these units to replace 2 units and add an additional unit to another tv. Delivery was prompt, set up was super easy. I only gave it 4 stars as we have not had the units long enough to evaluate the long term performance. I figure at this price you cannot beat it! I bought some HDMI cables online at a different site and was ready for set up when the units arrived.

Looking for a DVD player this is a nice size nice price and nice quality

This is my third Sony Dvd player. One I bought for myself, three years ago, the following year bought one for a gift, which was a newer model. Another one this year as a gift and a newer model which has a port located in the front for gaming. Has lots of the same features as higher end players with a lower price. Turns your Tv into smart tv with all the apts.
