So far, this product is working quite well. Admittedly I do not use all the features that are available, but the DVD player is easy to use and the picture and sound quality are excellent. Hook up was quite easy. I am pleased that I can still view all my older DVDs as well as the bluray DVDs.

Needed a new DVD and this one seemed to fill the gap. Easy to use, and worked well on first use!!d

This item is small and very versatile. Simple easy to use remote control. IT is everything needed for watching new through old movies. My grand children can run the system it is so simple and yet it does so much.more than blu-rays. compact clean, simple and diverse, what more can you ask for.

For the first month maybe 2 months it worked great, then it started freezing. I thought it could be my internet connection since it was streaming Netflix but later on, it did the same with movie disc. The apps are mainly what I bought it for thought I could get around the smart TV idea but nope. So the bottom line is it does its job for the most part.

This is a very versatile device. It not only plays DVD's and Blurays but can play every video file format I have thrown at it, although I haven't tested flv's. It plays the files off of USB flash drives as well as discs with mp4's on them. It can even stream content over your local network as well as Hulu, Netflix, and Amazon (as well as dozens more). The only con I have with the device is that the main menu page is too cluttered with icons of selections and many of them cannot be removed. So I have several selections on my display that I will never select and that forces me to have to scroll to see some of the ones I have added to the menu. Which makes it a bit more work to navigate. Sony's older Bluray players interface (which was very similar to the PS3/PS4 style of interface) was much "cleaner" in my opinion due to this fact. If they update the firmware to change the interface to where I can remove ANY icon from the main menu, then this interface would be "cleaner" then previous styles.

Product met all my expectations and more. It is compact and quality of pictures is outstanding.

This is a really nice Blue Ray player. It small and doesn’t take up a lot of room. Works great

It's a little slow loading the Smart Apps, but once they get going the picture is clear. However, all the apps included with the player is all you get. I tried researching how to download more, but there is no way I've found so far. What it comes with is what you get. I was totally blown away by the screen mirror imaging option, but I also noticed that it jumps and fps isn't very smooth. For example, I like watching anime, but since Crunchyroll does not come with the player I tried screen mirroring it from my phone. It was too jumpy to bear and I'll just stick to watching that stuff on my phone. Snapchatting is pretty fun tho, I made some gnarly Snap-ceptions (snapchats within snapchats). Oh and I figured out how to do Augmented Reality stuff on it, and that was really neat. Anyways, everything works great. As my first Blu-ray player, I must say I got a good one and wonder why I wasted my life waiting to get one until now.

This is not the highest rated model available but is adequate for the reasons I purchased it. I needed a Blu-ray player to move out to the the hot tub with my 26 inch TV to be able to watch DVD's in the hot tub. This unit is small and easy to hook up. Good price I am satisfied with the picture quality

I have never owned a bluray/dvd player like this. First of all, I have never owned a bluray dvd disc player with internet. You see, the picture quality is excellent which gives me great picture resolution for bluray and dvd discs. Secondly, when you turn it on, when you want to watch movies or to get on you tube, you just download them, and watch movies when ever you want. And also when you turn on the bluray dvd player automaticely goes to the hdmi port that is connected from your player to your tv, so that makes it easy to operate.. As well as downloading your favorite apps you like to watch movies and tv shows on(some of them for free)you want. I will keep this until it falls apart and buy another from bestbuy.

I got this Blu-Ray for my bedroom, It does come with most of the streaming apps, like Netflix, Hulu and others. Easy set up and easy registration via online. I gave 4 stars would have given it 5, but there isn’t a way to add other streaming apps like HBONow.

Parents needed a bluray player and order this one. It covers their need to use DVDs as well.

Good player, good interface for the streaming apps. It's pretty compact too, so that's nice.

This unit is easy to install and simple to use. Has all the features I need. Even a USB port!

I like having all the other apps in one easy to find and us . Like Netflix. Hulu and many more.

I wanted a video player that also let me access Netflixs and Amazon Prime. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the remote provides one-button access to NetFlix and a second button that I can program, which I set to Prime. As for the blueray picture, it's excellent. A good value purchase.

Bought this for a good friend for his birthday. loves it.. couldn't of been a better choice.

This Blue-Ray player works superbly. It even has other apps that I use so it makes it easy to watch a movie or something on one of the other apps. Hook's up easily and the setup is pretty easy to follow on-screen.

This DVD player was easy to install. It is so much smaller than our previous one so it takes up much less room in our cabinet, leaving more room for other pieces of equipment. It works well and is easy to use.

DVD playback took longer than expected; buttons not super responsive. All other features great!
