For the price it offers good quality and smart features. I would recommend this product.

Had to upgrade our old DVD player to handle BlueRay for the grandson's movies. This unit is much more compact, runs cooler and plays without any skips etc. I have not used the streaming WIFI yet. After I use it a while longer, I plan to buy another for our other home.

Typical good quality Sony product. Easy to use and works well with our video equipment.

Straight forward, simple, but excellent quality blu ray player. Was a perfect gift for someone who needed a no frills, fast loading, uncomplicated blu ray player.

We bought the Sony player because of th e price. We were replacing another Blu-ray player that couldn't pick up Nerflix any longer. It was very easy to hook up. My wife did it in a mater of minutes.

It works fine as a streaming device, which is what I got if for. Was surprised to learn Amazon no longer supports it. ended up getting a firestick too. I guess that's Amazon's point. good basic dvd streaming device.

Went back and forth over which Blu-ray player to purchase. Read different reviews, listened to suggestions from Best Buy rep and am glad I purchased this Sony product. Setup was easy, picture quality great, and the built-in wi-fi is a nice feature.

This made a wonderful Christmas present for my kids. The wi-fi playback features at this price range is what really drew me towards this model. A great option for a TV that doesn't have those features.

Bought this for my grandma, to replace her dvd player that stopped working. It's easy for her to use and it should last her a long time. She was shocked at how clear the picture is. I was even able to make all the labels large for her to see. Very nice!

I have hundreds of movies on VHS, Laser, and DVD, so you can consider me a movieholic. VHS was great, as it gave me my first opportunity to watch full length films at home, minus commercials. Laser put these films on a totally different level, quality wise. Amazing video. The absolute best audio. Then came DVD's, and they, basically, wiped out both VHS and Laser. They were cheaper, and much easier to store, and the quality, both video and audio, was equal to Laser. Enter Blu-ray. I was blown away by the early Blu-ray films I saw being played in retail stores like Best Buy. The first film I saw was "Pirates of the Caribbean". The video was so clean, it looked like it was live. I wasn't sure if I wanted my films that clean, so I put off taking the next step for a very long time. Then one day, for some reason, I decided to purchase this Sony BDP-S3700. As advertised, the video and audio was amazing. But what I didn't expect was what it did to the quality of regular DVD's. I can barely see a difference between a regular DVD and a Blu-ray DVD. When I jumped from VHS to Laser, I ended up replacing my VHS library with the same titles on Laser. The same happened when I jumped to DVD. This time, however, I didn't have to replace my DVD library, because they looked so much better when played on this Blu-ray unit. It's an excellent product.

I purchased this for an older TV so I could stream. It was very easy to setup and works great. I was hoping there would not be any buffering issues and so far it loads quickly and has never stopped to buffer in the middle of a show or movie!

Bought this blu Ray to replace one that was getting pretty old and gain streaming capabilities. Works great for streaming and have had no issues with performance of the blu Ray player so far. Read a lot of reviews that mentioned issues, but so far so good for me!

This was the best deal I found on a Blu-Ray Player with as many features as this one provides. The picture is great and it was super easy to connect and begin using. I would definitely buy this again.

This player does all it’s supposed to do. It has apps built in like a smart tv would. That’s why we purchased this player because we don’t have a smart tv. Enables us to use the apps to stream Netflix, Hulu, Disney +, etc.

Got this for our 3-year-old. Simple enough that he watches what he wants once Internet access was turned on. Small design makes it easy to keep out of sight and the player has no problems with any of the discs that have been used.

My tv is older and I just wanted something simple to stream with. This works great.
