Great DVD player Bluetooth works good can use with any apps picture quality is awesome nice availability of outputs very easy to use remote. I would highly recommend it.

Got a good deal Black Friday purchasing this DVD player. I like that it has built in wifi features because we're able to plug this into an older tv. It's easy to use. Just don't loose the remote or you won't be able to play any movies or anything.

I have an okay older TV in the bedroom, needed a new Blu-Ray with apps to enjoy entertainment from bed. Perfect! I'm very satisfied w this product and have recommended it to friends.

I love my SONY Blu-Ray! Easy to use and small, doesnt take up a lot of space. For home entertainment SONY is in the top 3 for sure! SONY ROCKS! I will be using my Blu-Ray for years to come.

Replaced Samsung unit with this one so that I could view an online course on my big screen TV. It will take me to a number of websites preselected by SONY, if I subscribe to them - sometimes for free, sometimes not. BUT, I cannot access the classes I wanted to take this way because I needed a unit WITH A WEB BROWSER. To me, it was useless. That said, it was easy to set up and the picture quality is very nice. For some reason, I thought if this box would take me to websites, that I could select them myself. Silly (and unhappy) me.

I have a Samsung blue ray player in my bedroom with the same features. I bought both at Best Buy. And am very happy with the functions and the quality. Don’t have a 4K TV set so this Sony Blue-ray player is perfect for my needs.

This unit replaces an old Sony 5-disk carousel model. The wi-fi capability and streaming applications kind of make 5-disk shuffle play obsolete. I find, however, that I can only stream music from a network drive if the player is the only device that's active on the wireless network. Even internet browsing with a laptop seems to steal enough bandwidth to cause dropouts. It may be that 802-11n just doesn't cut it. Streaming applications don't seem to suffer the same problem; I'm streaming Pandora while writing this with no issues. In addition, streamed video doesn't work at all. I suppose a high performance wireless network would fix the problem, but it doesn't work well with mine. All-in-all, a good value for less than $100. In a hard-wired ethernet installation it would probably get a 5.
