I originally had an older version of this. This is much, much better. I only see two faults with it. The controller is nearly half the size of the old controller and with my big hands, it is hard to push just one button. Fortunately I kept the old controller and I'm still using that one. The other problem is a lack of feedback from the unit. The only sign of life from it is a tiny green LED which gets hard to see when you're more than about 8 feet from the unit. The LED tells you that it is getting power but it doesn't tell you what it is doing. My old one was cheaper and it at least told me what it was doing. Despite my griping up above, I am very satisfied with this model. It performs better and faster than the old one and that counts for a lot.

Great smart Blu-ray player best price couldn't have wanted more

This was a gift for my college age daughter and was free with my purchase of a Sony Soundbar. It works and she's happy. I'm glad it's a combo machine...it's nice to not need a separate Apple TV or Roku along with the DVD Blueray player.

I love it. It has Wifi that you can set up, Youtube and other channels such as netflix nd Disney. It is the best one I have purchased and will buy more for my friends and Family..

I love my SONY Blu-Ray! Easy to use and small, doesnt take up a lot of space. For home entertainment SONY is in the top 3 for sure! SONY ROCKS! I will be using my Blu-Ray for years to come.

I have been using this DVD player for about a month now. I love the apps so much that I disconnected my Chromecast. For me, it has everything I use and I can watch Bluray discs without having to switch channels. I recommend this player.

Old Samsung DVD player finally stopped working. Went to grab this one. Easy to set up, small & sleek. This is my first Sony purchase & so far it's great. Love watching Netflix streaming & dvd's!

Easy to hook-up. Good quality picture from both blu-rays and streaming. Easy to connect to the router initially. Can be a delay initially connecting to the internet when turning the player on each day.

Very pleased with this unit. Bought it to fit inside my travel trailer. Does everything I want it to do and more. Easy menus, nice remote with the ability to program the TV - all around great Blue-Ray player!
