Easy to use works great easy to install pairs with my wi fi has many other options works very good connecting with my provider for television and internet server it is small and does not take up very much space

This little device, and it is little, is exactly what I wanted! Streams my netflix and Hulu, plays DVDs, and connects wirelessly to mynetwork. Set it up in the bedroom with a small TV for night time viewing.

Never had a blue ray so am quite impressed with this one. We chose sony and were surprised with all that it does. This ain't the same old DVD player. We have watched videos and photos on our tv which also thrilled us.

I don't have a lot of experience with streaming devices. I had previously tried Chromecast and Roku but found them difficult to navigate through. I'm very happy with the Sony BDP-S3700. The built-in Wi-Fi made it so easy to set up, and even keeps you informed of when you need to update the service (which is also very easy). There are so many channels, I've had it for months and have barely scratched the surface of what they offer. Of course, the DVD player itself is also great !

Purchased as a gift for my parents, this little player was a perfect solution for them. It was easy to setup. Specifically, it was able to maintain a consistent WiFi connection to a wireless router that was located two floor above. The number of apps available for streaming was impressive, with a number of video and audio streaming services. The remote is shorter than average, but packed with all the buttons needed, and has a dedicated Netflix button.

I like that both dvd's and blu ray discs can play on this ithas made my life a little mlre easier because of how it sets up with reallyno wiring but the hdmi and power cord...we really like it.

This meets all of my expectations. It is very simple to use and is compatiable with a variety of electronic devices. Also the small size makes it easy to place in a crowded work space.

Simple to set up and go for viewing land streaming pleasure. Small form factor fits just about any place on your self, credenza, or cart. The included wi-fi is essential these days to broaden your viewing and streaming options and to keep your frmware current. Of course the on-board ethernet port provides even better performance if you have a 100Mbit port available!

This is the third Sony Blu-ray player I've purchased and once again have been really pleased. It's easy to set up. It has a strong wifi connection if you have the right wireless router.

We bought this as an extra Blu-Ray/DVD player, and it works great. Hulu and Netflix are easily accessible, which is what we were looking for.

I always try to stay with Sony products and this one does not disappoint. I bought it to upgrade to Blu-Ray. It was easy to set up and has had flawless performance and quick loading.

Simple and easy to install. The picture quality is great and eliminated the need for other devices as it has a smart feature for Netflix etc. the remote is integrated and works very well with the TV and Cable! The slim size and deminsion allows it to be placed in easy areas and not obtrusive. Great product for anyone looking for a low cost high quality blu-ray.

I was extremely surprised by how easy this Blu-ray player was to setup. The remote automatically paired with my TV and VHS player (granted both of them are Sony products); however, this was a nice bonus. The picture quality is great, no surprise. The player is very compact and quiet. I will definitely purchase another one in the very near future (for an additional TV in the house). It plays previous versions of disks/DVDs, as well as Blu-ray.

I bought this not only for the Blu-Ray/DvD player but for the wifi updates. Those all work great. Easy install. The only problem I am having is when I watch amazon prime video. They work for a minute and then the TV screen goes black. The sound is still playing but no picture. I wonder if there is some sleep mode on the dvd player that is causing the picture to turn off by itself. The unit is small and quiet.

this is a great Blu-ray player with all the apps it has and small size. well worth the price.

Works well, small size, preloaded with my favorite programs and to add more was easy. Only thing I didnt like was not being able to remove programs I dont use from the menu

Just what we wanted, perfect size, great quality easy to use and set up.

Sets up very easily, links quickly to home wifi and downloads all available apps by itself. All the apps and the Blu-ray player itself work great and are very easy to use.

This smart blu-ray player is replacing the previous Sony device that I have had for several years. I like the quick startup and the new menus. All the apps that I have tried so far (Netflix, Amazon, Youtube) have worked great! The picture quality is wonderful with the apps and with blu-rays and DVDs. My wife and I both remarked that the picture quality was much better than our previous blu-ray. The drawbacks are related to the wifi connection. The device cannot find my 5 GHz channel and will only connect to the 2.4 GHz channel. My old Sony device could (and still can) connect to both. All the other Wifi devices in my house can see both channels. Sometimes the apps lag, skip, or drop even though the blu-ray is less than two feet from the router (perhaps because it can only see the slower channel). Furthermore, being a new device I expect it to run pretty smoothly, which is only mostly the case. Having used the device for less than a month now I have had four separate occasions where I have had to disconnect the power because it was frozen and unable to respond to any commands from the remote or on the device itself. It seems like I shouldn't have to do that once a week. Each of these instances has occurred while using an app, not while playing a blu-ray. Overall I am happy with the device but will probably look for a different brand when I need to replace this one. When it works the device is great, but it should work better than it does right now.
