Great turntable & great price. Love playing my favorite Prince albuns!

So far I am in love with my turntable. The quality is evident and the sound is great!

Needed new turntable to convert lps to digital format without breaking the bank. This Sony unit did the job very well. Plus had preamp So could listen to vinyl through my Yamaha receiver and Bose speakers.

No complaints - nice sleek design - looks great in my mid century modern home.

I wanted to give this 5 stars because of the way that it delivers vs its price, but I realized that that wouldn't be fair to higher-end models that truly deserve 5 stars. Still, I was kind of shocked that this sounds as good as it does. So far I've played only two LPs, so this is an out-of-the-box assessment. But it's got a very clean and warm sound. It also seems less susceptible to footsteps etc than my cherished JVC turntable from 1981 :) No problems whatsoever with skating or anything like that. It's true that the RCA cable is comically short, but it fit my setup just fine, fortunately. Wicked plastic/chemical odor when the lid is open, hopefully that will dissipate quickly.

Played my 1st record in months and as old as they are no distortion in sound

Though on the lower end of the record player spectrum this was a noticeable and welcome upgrade from my previous system. Setup was simple, sound quality is excellent. For the (sale) price, you honestly couldn't ask for something better

My son loved his gift. Likes the USB option. Plays his dad's old records on it.

I quickly set this turn table up on my system and it works fine. Of course this is a basic turn table and not A high priced unit so low price for use on records was my preference

Needed a USB turntable to transfer my vinyl collection to ITunes, and in the process found that the turntable has really good sound playing the records through vintage stereo equipment.

Had an old Sony Turntable for years finally gave out. Replaced it with this new model. I have problems getting the volume to be loud enough to hear outside the immediate area. I do not have problems with any of my other equipment or the old turntable.

This Sony turntable is not a high-end model but delivers nice features. It is fully automatic with the press of one button. It has the option of being used as a standard phonograph connected to a stereo system or if you want to transfer your vinyl to your computer, to burn a disc it is equipped with a USB connection and includes the software. I tested the USB capability and burned a standard CD audio disc and an MP3 disc with no problems at all. Pretty easy.. The original price was $130 and is now $80, a savings of $50. If you can find an open-box item it can be purchased for $59. It is only a $20 difference so if you cannot find an open-box item, you are still getting it for a good price. Again, not a top-of-the-line turntable, but it does perform adequately for every-day listening and recording.

I really like this record player. Put the record on and it play. Super easy.

This is a very good turntable, connection to my laptop was easy and the sound forge software that comes with it is easy to use, after recording you can use equalizer and sound volume to edit your recording.

I decided to refurbish a 1950's audio console and needed a turntable that was going to be compact enough to fit where the original turntable was, and had a solid build quality for a decent price. The Sony stereo turntable fit the bill. Very smooth, balanced operation, looks great and fit perfectly into the console.
