Good sound quality. Works very well for ripping MP3s from your vinyl collection, although the included software takes some getting used to.

This was purchased as a Christmas gift for my son. It works well and has great sound. it has the usb ports necessary for recording albums to computer. no distortion of sound noticed.

I bought an all in one before this and the speakers were busted out of the box. This unit cost about the same and I got some nice book shelf speakers and it's all great. Worth the extra bucks.

Love this player! I got it for my husband and we love being able to play vinyl again. Easy to use, set up and size is great.

This unit plays records. Thats all it's supposed to do. It can be llugged in to the USB port of your computer an external USB post of an amplifier to hear the record. You do need a preamp of some sort to transcribe the records to your compute, which will need software like "Garage band" to create stereo Tracks. Be-fore-warned, this transfer eats up disc space quickly. so unless you have a 10 TB disc drive dedicated solely to receiving this info don't plan on putting copious amounts of albums on your computer for storage. Transfer and save to a thumb drive would be the way to go.

easy set up great table to rediscover your records

It was easy to set up and works great. The usb Hooks right into the back so you can record vinyl to your computer.

After missing the true sound of a vynyl record for at least 30 years or so I decided to get back into the game again and purchased this Sony tt for about a hundred bucks at Best Buy... Now let me just say I am very satisfied with the performance of this little machine and it is money well spent... I mean I have had some notable turn tables in the past such as Gerard and Technics and this little baby sounds just as good !! About the only minor con I may see with this machine is that it seems to be a little light in weight but it hasn’t really made much of a difference in the performance.

The sound is great, easy to setup and install. It's all I wanted in a reasonably priced turntable. Gave a nice quiet, warm sound , just what you want from vinyl.

Purchased this on an impulse from the clearance section; got to say, I'm fairly impressed! It is not Audiophile quality, but it is a good turntable - and an inexpensive way to test the waters. It has been a while since I've owned any vinyl; however, I did miss the warm sounds they produce. I already had a quality audio setup which included a Denon receiver and SVS speakers so this was an easy upgrade. Other reviewers recommend a needle upgrade...they say it's a game changer.

We bought this for our daughter-in-law for Christmas and she loved it. It was easy to hook up and use, is sleek looking and appears to be of very good quality.
