But I bought it to record records to use to play in car stereo. The volume is medium not loud. The recordings are not yet adjusted the way I want them. I do not know if I can make them the way I want them.

The sound is excellent (I have Bose and Onkyo speakers). The auto needle drop and lift is great. I haven't tried the USB because I don't need to convert it to digital. The plastic is a must to keep dust out, but it smelled bad for a few weeks. Overall, I'm Very Satisfied!
