Great case for protecting your S7 investment. The grip line aesthetics may not be to everyone's liking but allows you a comfortable, solid grip while using your phone. The top and bottom edges keep the phone face raised above a surface while the sides allow easy viewing of the S7's Edge feature. All ports are accessible and buttons work great. Probably to keep the size to look more sleek it has a hard shell with adequate cushioning inside but not a as much a the larger Otterbox type.

Case fits tight so that the edges of the phone are protected. The grippers on the back make it easy to hold and feels secure in your hands.

This is a very good protection for your phone, I would recommend it to buy it.

Speck Candyshell: I really liked my Speck Candyshell for my Nexus 6P, so I wanted to also get one for my S7 Edge. The first Speck I bought for this phone was their Oynx black ‘clear’ case. It was horrible, with buttons that did not move at all (maybe it was defective) either way I sent it back. Today I saw the white Candyshell in the store, so I decided to buy it because it’s the same color as my other one that I have. Speck has the best grip out of any case I’ve used period. If you drop this case then your hands are probably covered in oil/butter/soap because it’s that good. The reason I bought the white one over the black Candyshell is because for better or worse the plastic back scratches relatively easily, thus the white one would show the scratches less. Speck’s case is a hybrid with a plastic back wrapped around a TPU core that is Mil-Spec drop test rated for added confidence. I think Speck nailed it with this case compared to the Otterbox equivalent. I’m going to repeat some things here because there is only so much you can say about the port/headphone cutouts Ports: The micro USB port has no issues fitting cables from any of these manufacturers: Tronsmart, Choetech, Samsung, Nvidia, Motorola, Aukey, and Anker. If you have large ‘studio’ style headphones with a massive aux cable you won’t be happy with the normal sized cutout for headphones, but it works fine with my Bose QC 20’s, Freestyles, OE’s, Samsung headphones, and some others I’ve tried. All microphone cutouts are also present. Speck’s headphone and micro USB port are oversized, so most if not all cables should work just fine. Volume/Power buttons: This case has the best buttons hands down as of [3/11] when writing this. They are tactile, easy to find, and just overall perfect! I don’t know how they could get better other than to have a texture on the vol+ and power buttons to help quickly identify them. I will be surprised to find better feeling buttons on a case. Overall: 9.5/10 Speck has the best overall case so far with their super ‘grippy’ back, superb buttons, and Mil-Spec drop test rating this is the case if you need just 1. (I will update this if I find a better one.)

i bought this case as I was not willing to wait for a Spigen case to be shipped to me for my new phone. This case it OKAY and that's about it. The little rubber lines/grips on the back of my case are already coming off, I'm guessing from going in and out of my back pocket. This case also shows scratches which is new to me as I have never had a phone case do that. It is super hard too, so I'm not sure how it adsorbs any shock if dropped. Had a Spigen case on my Samsung Note 4 for over 2 year and never had an issue. Looks like its time to place an order for a Spigen.

Price is right, great fit, and not a lot of bulk!! The biggest selling point to me was the amount of grip-ability this case added to my phone. As you have probably already figured out, the S7 Edge is a smooth and slick device. My fat fingers tried several times let it slip out of my hands in the two days between buying the phone and getting a case. This case solved that problem immediately!! It still fits into my shirt pocket with ease as the profile of my phone with this case is nowhere near as bulky as some of those other cases out there. I can't give you a good read on drop protection for the phone because I haven't dropped it yet with the case, which was the exact point of getting this case!!

I really love this case. The color is great and it has no slip grips to help prevent drops. Though I haven't dropped it yet, thanks to this case, it feels like it would offer a lot of protection if the phone were dropped.

This case is lightweight and has a good grip on the back. It fits very tight which is nice, but it rests right where the screensaver ends so it causes screensaver to lift up.

I did quite a bit of looking around when it came to purchasing a case for my new Galaxy S7 Edge. Due to the curves on the phone, my number once choice case, an Otterbox Defender, was out of the question as Otterbox does not make the Defender case for any of the Samsung Edge phones. So, my next most imporant thing, besides great drop protection, and lets face it, Otterbox Defender case provides the best all-around drop protection on the market...I wanted to ensure that I could most effectively grip my phone without feeling like it was going to fall out of my hands due to its ultra-sleek, thin body and somewhat weird curves. I find the curves, when the phone is not protected in a case, does make it a little more difficult and awkward to grip, but this Speck candyshell grip case is AMAZING!! I have absolutely no problems gripping my phone with this awesome case on it. It adds no bulk, no noticeable weight, and it doesn't look unappealing to the eye. This is a great case. Good price for it. No complaints. I would HIGHLY recommend this case to anyone looking for case that allows them to really grip their phone, without the fear of dropping it, then this is the case for you. I don't know how well it will hold up with dropping it as I have not yet dropped the phone by any real distance from the ground...but the grip is truly amazing on this case.

Love this case for my new S7 Edge. Nice feel, not too bulky and fits great. I love the rubberized ridges all around so it doesn't slip in your hand at all. The sale price made it a bonus. I usually try my luck with cases online, hoping to get a good one.

This Speck cover is perfect for my Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge, fits well and has a grip back so it doesn't slide off tables etc. The cover is light, not bulky and is easy to put on. Works fine with the wireless charger also.

I love Speck cases, especially this one. I love the easy grips in the back and it fits your phone nicely. I have dropped my phone a few times with this case on and I haven't had a crack. It is also very light weight.

I've had Speck cases on my various phones for years but this one is by far the best! Makes the phone VERY easy to hold on to and fits perfectly. My only negative about it is that with the extra rubber "ribs" on it, it takes a little more effort to get it out of my pocket sometimes.

Light weight but rugged protection. Fits snug and does a fantastic job of protecting my phone. Excellent protection against drops, dents, and scratches. Rubber ribs drastically improve grip (helps prevent drops in the first place) but isn't so grippy that it makes getting it into and out of pockets difficult. The rubber grips are not sticky but more smooth, like matte silicone, so they don't catch lint from my pockets. Slim not bulky. Perfect fit does not interference with ports or device functionality as I've had in the past with other cases. Clean and classy look. I only wish they offered more colors.

I was a faithful Otterbox customer for at least 5 years, but the bulky case just became too much with the increasing size of cell phones. I have had a Speck case on my last 3 phones (Note 5 and 7 and now the S7) and I am very impressed. I have dropped my phone at least a dozen times in the past year on concrete and there is no visible damage to the case or my phone. The rubber ribs on the back of the phone securely hold my cell phone in place on my dash when I am driving. The light weight and slim design allows me to keep my phone in my pocket again without feeling like I am carrying around a dictionary.

The case is absolutely perfect for the s7 edge. It has a small lip on each corner that protects the phone and the glass. You can set it face down and it doesn't lay flat on the surface. And it looks nice.

Fits the phone perfectly. Protects the phone better than any other case. Looks awesome. Awesome grip. Fits hand comfortably.

For full protection cases, you can certainly do a lot worse than these (hint: the cases named after the box of an otter are considerably worse than these). The grip that's added is fantastic. It doesn't make this phone all that much larger and it protects it from all angles if it were to unfortunately fall! I've had a Candyshell Grip case for every single phone I've had over the past few years (which is admittedly a lot. Seriously, I might have a problem...) and will continue in the future.
