So I can toast my two pieces darker while hubby toasts his two pieces lighter. It's also a nice looking toaster on my counter. It came in a huge box but that is because it's was very well packaged to prevent damage during shipping.

It burns lower half of one side and does not toast upper half or other side at only the 2 setting. Out cost of toaster and left with dysfunctional toaster. Will not purchase online from Best buy again
