If your GoHeat™ Cordless Heating Pad stops working, please try the following steps to remedy this issue:
-Please make sure that you have fully charged the battery for 3 hours or until the light is solid green.
-Verify tight connection between pad and USB outlet.
-Verify no physical damage to the cord, power button, pad or battery.
-Verify that the charger is plugged in properly when charging.
-Ensure the USB power source can provide a 2A current output

It's great being able to get up and walk around while keeping the heat on.

Posted .Thank you for contacting the Sunbeam® Brand! We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and we are sorry to hear that you’re having issues with your Sunbeam® Cordless Heating Pad. It's definitely not the experience that we want you to have. No worries, we are here to help.
There are several causes to this issue:
1. Product is plugged into an extension cord/surge protector and not plugged into a direct wall outlet.
2. Product wasn't plugged in properly.
To fix this problem, do the following to reset your heating pad:
1. Unplug the power cord from the electrical connection.
2. Unplug the cord from the actual product itself (if your product has a detachable cord)
3. Check if there is no physical damage on its cord.
4. Re-plug the cord into the product. Make sure the connection is secure and complete.(if your product has a detachable cord)
5. Do not use it with any extension cords, power strips and power converters or inverters as it may affect the pad's performance.
6. Re-insert power cord back into a wall outlet.
If the same problem happens, we'd like to kindly request that you contact us directly in order to help you get to the best resolution. We hope this helps!

A physical therapist recommended this with some other things and I tell ya, this thing helps. I love that it is wireless so I can just strap it on and do the things I need to. Also has 3 heat settings which works great. I found that I really like using it on my car drives, helps from my back getting stiff

The belt attachment is a bit awkward because the Velcro seems to be backwards or inside out. Gets quite hot. Even on the lowest setting.

I purchased it for my mother who has scoliosis and quite allot of back pain and it does seem to relieve some discomfort and keeps her muscles warm but she is quite thin and we can't get it to fit snug enough. Overall, I think i would still buy it again for her.
