Works great. Waste band could be more secure as you cannot get it tight enough to really push into your back and deliver best heat. Works great if you are sitting back on a pillow. Have to set to high while standing to give same heat as med while sitting, which costs on batt power. Gives about 40min on high, 90+ min on med. If you want to use it plugged in you need an upgraded charger, which is sold out at the moment.

We've had 2 of these and the heating pad stops heating. The last one only worked for 3 months. Great idea, bad execution!

-Please make sure that you have fully charged the battery for 3 hours or until the light is solid green. -Verify tight connection between pad and USB outlet. -Verify no physical damage to the cord, power button, pad or battery. -Verify that the charger is plugged in properly when charging. -Ensure the USB power source can provide a 2A current output
