The Super Nintendo classic is a great little package of classic SNES games. The ability to save suspended states is a refreshing addition. Nintendo has also added filters to allow for a more classic CRT TV feel, or if you prefer pixel perfection that is also an option. The only reason this did not receive 5 stars is due to the cable length of the SNES controllers. Although better than the NES classic, they remain a tad short.

If you played this as a kid you will love the mini version of the SNES. It has games preloaded and 2 controllers! The only thing I would consider getting are extension cables for the controllers, other than that its A+ in my book!

Great system and really enjoying a few games I never got to play as a kid. They did it right by providing two controllers and the small size makes it easy to move to different locations in the House. Buy one if you can find one!

Nintendo giving us another great quality product. Me and the wife couldn't wait to play Donkey Kong country. We use to play when we use to date back in high school days. She wasn't into the PlayStation or N64 . The set of games they give on the SNES mini are fun. I wish they had all 3 DK country games on here. The SNES mini is fun for all ages. My and my lil one love playing super punch out and super Mario world . The only 2 cons I have about the system is again the controller wires are to short ( I have extra extension wires I got from Best Buy which are 10') and there is no home button on the controller ( you can you use the Wii U pro controllers for the home button .) Great Xmas gift for that video game collector ,kids or just for bring back some old skool memories.

I bought this for my son but I love it more then him! It's so compact, we can take it with us when visiting family members/friends. It has a great assortment of games, brings back lots of good childhood memories for me.

Waited in line to get this and so glad that I did. The games are lots of fun just like I remembered. If you don't have the original system anymore and are looking for a system to have fun with this is a very good option.

Despite how difficult it can be to find one of these, this is definitely worth picking up. The selection of games is top notch. The only thing that is still kinda annoying is that the controller cords are a bit short.

Comes with everything you need in the box, including a 3 ft. HDMI cable. Tons of fun games, including never before released Starfox 2. Each game has 4 save slots so you can pick up right where you left off. My only complaint: controller cords too short. These games weren't made for today's large TVs, so you might want to invest in wireless controllers so you can sit further away from the TV.

Looks so great in the small size. Brings back great nostalgia. Now I can play the games I’ve always been meaning to finish and finally beat them! If you can get your hands on one, I highly recommend buying it!

If you can find this and you or someone you know loves retro games. It is must buy. Controller cords are a little shorter than we would like but all in all it is probably the same length when it came out.

This little guy provided me DAYS of fun 20 years ago. Now it's back with 30 games already loaded on it. Controller cord is a little short, so I suggest upgrading to the wireless one though. Great product.

This took us back to the days when everyone had this growing up. It's small and portable to take on vacation or game night at a friend's. It comes with two controls but we purchased the wireless ones.

This really hits you hard on the nostalgia if you grew up on the 90s. The selection of games on this system is pretty decent got most of the essential games of the SNES with a couple of titles missing.

If you liked the NES Classic, you'll love this. It's fewer games, but they picked some good ones. With a little bit of research you can expand your gaming library with this system and relive your childhood all over again. It's really nice that they included two controllers this time around as well. I've purchased two of these as gifts and may buy another for Christmas.

This is such a great product and it's so incredibly small and cute. Great value with tons of games. If the SNES was part of your childhood, this is going to bring you immediately down memory lane.

What a dream come true for an old gamer like me. Some of the best games of all time together with a great interface. Super easy to hack and add more games full, for the technically inclined! :)

HDMI clarity and pretty good game selection. Controller cords are longer than the NES classic. Plays like the original. Definitely worth the $79.99 price, but don't pay $150 - $200 bucks for it.

Waited in line for about an hour but well worth the wait for this classic. Lots of games come with the console already loaded. Tons of fun for the family would highly recommend this for all ages

The SNES has always been my favorite console and I am sure that a lot of people who grew in the 90's feel the same way. It is definitely worth $80, considering that it comes with two controllers. I love playing with the CRT filter, it really gives it that old school look and feeling. The games are awesome, I waited almost 20 years to play Star Fox 2 and I am still getting the hang of it but it is very amazing. I do have to say, that nobody, under any circumstance should pay more than $80 for this console. I bought mine on a Game Stop a Wednesday afternoon and recently two more (for my siblings) on a Sunday night on a Walmart. Nintendo is definitely keeping their promise of restocking frequently. You should not give your hard earned money to a scalper. You can tell that they are desperate because week after week their prices keep dropping, and the reason for that is because people are actually finding the consoles in stores and not buying from scalpers. Also notice how there are over 700 offers on Amazon, the reason for that is because it can be found just by walking into a store. So go out there, visit the stores and keep calling until you finally get one and let the scalpers sit on their SNES Classics. Who knows, maybe they will open them and actually enjoy them.

The SNES Classic is what every gamer from the 90's could want. Even the newer generation of gamers can appreciate how fun the games are. Also, much easier to get than last year's NES Classic.
