Always wanted a unilateral leg extension/curl. The gym i used to belong to had a single for both legs and never knew if one leg was wesker or stronger than the other. When i started using this machine i found out quickly that one leg was definitely stronger than the other. After a few months of using, both legs are equally as strong.
