Customer Ratings & Reviews

Great tv. It's under a covered pergola and worrks great in sun and shade. It's been a month so far with zero issues. Picture is clear and bright enough. Volume is good but considering Bluetooth speakers for when we're farther away .

We have really enjoyed the tv so far. We would recommend this tv.

Great PICTURE AND QUALITY! Heavy duty casing., Would recommend for a outdoor TV,

Works better than expected. Picture is great under my pavilion.

Great product! Picture looks great. Would by again.

A great product for the Lanai. I expect it to give me many years of great viewing.

Wi-Fi connection is great in my area. It’s not even hot outside, yet the TV is incredibly slow. Any input on the remote takes forever to process, switching apps is painfully laggy. Overall, the technology feels incredibly outdated and cheap for the price. You’d probably be better off buying a regular TV and replacing it every few years. Unbelievably frustrated with it.

Bought on line…Best Buy lost the item and took forever to deal with it. I’m a total member which advertises vip care and when I call no one can answer when the item is coming. I would yo cancelling the tv and total membership. The item was shipped direct from manufacturer and on its way Horrible service

We had a Samsung The Terrace outdoor TV at our previous house, and were initially planning to get another for our new house. When comparing all features and reviews, the Sylvox seemed very comparable. It was installed by Best Buy just a few days ago, and we love it - high quality picture and sound, and it was at a price point much less than the Samsung - so far so good!

The TV is amazing. I was skeptical for awhile whether to spend on an outdoor tv, however i promise you its a great investment. Our patio went from a deselate waist land to the life of the party. The kids love it and so does my wife. The interface is easy to use and it offers all the essential streaming apps.
