Bought on line…Best Buy lost the item and took forever to deal with it. I’m a total member which advertises vip care and when I call no one can answer when the item is coming. I would yo cancelling the tv and total membership. The item was shipped direct from manufacturer and on its way

The TV is amazing. I was skeptical for awhile whether to spend on an outdoor tv, however i promise you its a great investment. Our patio went from a deselate waist land to the life of the party. The kids love it and so does my wife. The interface is easy to use and it offers all the essential streaming apps.
