Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I currently have the touch combo case from Logitech for my iPad Pro 11in, and wanted to swap for something that has a slot for my apple pencil so it is more protected when in my bag. My first mistake was that I thought the keyboard was detachable. That’s my bad, and I should have read the product description better. Now, I could just fold it back for when i use it in tablet mode, buuut I feel weird having the keyboard keys just touching every rough surface i may be using my ipad on. However, that isn’t my main contention with it. One of the features of this case it that is swivels from potrait to landscape, but the design is flawed. In order for it to be in portrait mode, you have to lean the screen a considerable amount back because it gets in the way with the keyboard. The keyboard itself works fine, though it did take some troubleshooting getting it connected. Another feature that I was willing to overlook was that it doesn’t have a passthrough charging system like my other case, so you have to charge the keyboard separately from the ipad. Not totally a deal breaker for me, but just something to note. Anyways, the keyboard was actually nice, if not a bit thick and clunky, but seemed like really nice quality. However, due to the fact that the keyboard is not detachable, the swivel design is flawed and on top of all that i have to charge it separately, I will be returning to best buy. Personally, I want something that is very functional and easy to use, and there are just one too many things about the design of this case that annoy me to the point where I don’t think I could look past it. I could see someone who primary uses their ipad to type on who could find this case functional and easy to use. But since I use mine a lot in both tablet and keyboard mode, then I will have to pass on this.

The case in general is very durable and came with some unexpected features that I love. You are able to turn the case on and off when you want to use the keyboard so even though the keyboard has to be charged it can save you battery.

I loved that it also had a track pad. Many cases with keyboards do not feature a track pad and i appreciated it so much not having to lift my hand to scroll or click on things.

They do not work properly,In order to adjust the volume you have to remove the keyboard cover from the corner where the buttons are and when you replace the cover it turns off the page and returns to the home screen every time. Its a waste of time and effort
