Ok. All in all nice. The sound surprised us both we don't feel we need a bar or sub. This tv like our old LG is NOT fandango friendly so if you use that be warned. The viewing angle can be worked on also I think. They boast a very good refresh rate from software but I dont see any improvement over a 60 hertz. Good for the price soooooo.

Value off the charts. Great black levels. Colors pop. Skin tones are really natural straight out of the box. ATSC tuner worked amazing. My only advice is to turn down some of the sharpening and de-noising and disable "motion clarity". You can get sets with higher brightness for really searing HDR but overall this 75" local dimming set is so good. Beware the smaller sets below 75" in this line have fewer local dimming zones and I can't vouch they work as well. You have to spend so much more to get picture that is meaningfully better. As far as audio goes it's okay.. get a sound bar. Anyway if you are going 75" and are shopping in this price range just do it.

Amazed at how nice TVs can be even at a reasonable price. Makes our old Roku look like a toy. Great color, blacks are very black. Wall mounted in a relatively bright living room and have zero brightness issues. 10/10

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We upgraded to the TCL 75″ QM5K, and I’m honestly so impressed. The picture is bright, crisp, and rich without feeling harsh. Colors look natural, blacks are deep, and everything from movies to sports feels immersive. Setup was easy, Google TV runs smoothly, and the size makes our living room feel like a mini theater. Sound is better than expected for a TV, though we’ll probably add a soundbar down the line. We were lucky to find this on sale and the price, let me tell feels like a steal, this feels like a premium TV without the premium stress. Very happy with this purchase.

I’ve been using the TCL 75” QM5K for a while now, and I’m genuinely impressed. The picture looks great with bright colors, deep contrast, and very clear 4K detail. Watching movies and sports has been a great experience, and HDR content really stands out. Google TV is easy to navigate and makes it simple to find all my favorite apps. Setup was quick, and the TV feels solid and well-made. Overall, this is a great large-screen TV and an excellent value for the price. I’m very happy with this purchase. Highly recommended.

Pros: once settings are set up properly, it is a beautiful picture. The Game mode does indeed offer low latency. Can be blisteringly bright if you need it to be; HDR really benefits from this- the black are quite good as well. Cons...plenty unfortunately. -eARC and CEC are totally non functional. Only CEC initially worked, eARC worked for ~30 seconds, then no response at all. Multiple factory resets, settings changes, updates, etc at the direction of TCL support (very friendly) did nothing. -Stock picture looked worse than my 14 year old plasma. Sports somehow looked blocky and blurry at the same time. This must be the slow processor (Best Buy employee warned me. Should've listened, thank you BB!) and software combined with terrible "improvement" settings. Viewing the same sporting event via YouTube TV via an Xbox was a significant improvement in clarity over the stock app (with TV's motion settings, etc. turned off on both). -Google TV: this is generally for the platform, but applies here. By default, it is buggy, slow, and chock full of ads. Dark patterns abound. I had it update after I turned that off, and voice control turned itself back on after that update as well. -Onkyo 2.1 system is a joke. You absolutely cannot tell it has a "sub" (actually two tiny woofers, so really should be "2.2"). However, the SPL is crazy- this TV on 10 is like my old TV on 50.

This unit is all I had hoped it would be. Sharp picture and great color. Getting used to the opening screen to find the Xfinitiy connection took a few seconds but the Google TV is similar in style to my other Fire TV so it wasn't too bad. I can't comment about the sound as I use my Bose sound bar all the time. When I first set it up the picture was very bright with everything very sharp. I found the brightness adjustment under the settings key and went from there to my choice of brightness.

The TV looks great and the size is amazing. The picture quality is great but I don't seem to see that much difference from my previous TCL 55" HD tv. I may be wrong. The tv responds quickly and is really fast. If you are not very into TV picture quality, I would recommend the 4k HD and save a couple bucks because the difference is hard to tell. And the price is not bad! got it for $600 on BF deal.

Love the big screen and clairity of the picture. Colors are vibrant. The Google TV offers a great variety of free channels to select from.

We received an Amazon TV that was damaged, so we sent it back and went to get one at the local Best Buy. We picked one like the one we ordered from Amazon, and took it home. We were watching TV within about 30 minutes. This TCL has all the normal Apps for streaming like Netflix and Prime, and I was also able to add Apps like Hulu and ESPN to the "home" screen. It's also very simple to choose and different input to watch things like DISH, DVD, or Apple AirPlay. The sound coming from the TV is great too. The only thing I'm concerned about is the preset wall mounting screw inserts on the back of the case are in a square pattern about 10" or so apart on the large 75" TV. Seems like there should be more inserts a little farther apart.

I do not think the photo of this product is necessary. Because depending on how you are taking the photo, the product look might vary a lot. My impression of the TCL TV is as follows. Reason of purchase: We already had LG OLED 55" TV. However wanted to purchase another TV (Larger Screen) for the living room. OLED TVs are great, and if you have more money to spend on a TV, I will always recommend an OLED TV. They are just better than any of the LED, QLED, QD-Mini... IF I had more money to spend, I would have bought another LG OLED TV. However, we wanted something for under $1000 for 75" or 85" for our living room. I actually did my research on the web, and also visited Best Buy to look at all screens. After carefully looking at the prices and quality of the screen, we've purchased TLC 75". Overall: I will give 4.5 Star rating. Value: Great value for the price. There are better prices for Mini-LED TVs from other Chinese brands, but when you go and look at the screen, TCL just has better black levels compared to other TVs, which kind of gives better contrast between colors, which also kind of gives a clearer picture. Picture Quality: As mentioned above, if you have more money, go for OLED. But if you want something 90% quality of OLED for 50% cheaper, get Mini-LED. There are cheaper LED TV, but if you compare LED vs Mini-LED, there are big differences. Sound Quality. Nope... I think this is close to 3 stars. I think there is always a limitation on the sound system for these TVs. This includes LED and OLED TVs. If you want better sound system, buy sound bar. Ease of Use. It is a Google TV, so the UI/UX is quite straightforward. But I still cannot find the web browser on my TV. It is not 100% user friendly. Final advice to anyone interested. If you are purchasing a TV for main use in your household, go for OLED or Mini-LED. They are just better. And unless you have a huge living room, 75" is good enough. I think 85" is just too big. If you are purchasing for small usage, just go for LED. You can save tons. I think 75" Mini-LEDs are around $700, while 75" LEDs are around $400. So you are saving quite a lot. There are some cheaper or similar Mini-LED to TCL Mini-LED. However, I think TCL just has better black, and when you are watching a movie, it shows the importance of better black. This is a very nice TV. Picture and sound are very nice quality.

This TV is great for the price and size! When viewing 4K content, this TV looks very good. I did turn off the motion clarity as it was creating some weird blurring on darker scenes. After that change, the picture looked much better. The still scenes and contrast are better looking than my TV that cost more than $1000 more than this. I'd recommend this if you're looking for a more entry-level 4K Mini LED TV.

It's a good Tv considering the affordable price. The size and picture quality are spot on. I recommend it for a family looking for a budget Tv.

Good quality and great pic and sound for the money

After finding an open box TCL in 2024 that exceeded my expectations I knew that I liked the brand. When it came time to upgrade and cycle the old TV to the bedroom, I knew a 75" would be the perfect fit for our Living room. After shopping and watching prices, the QM5K looked like it hit all the correct boxes. Local Dimming, greater brightness, Good Gaming and TV features, and free delivery! The 6k will get you 4k 120hz but the 5k is perfect for our family needs with 4k 60hz for our switch and Ps5.
