I recently purchased the TCL QM5K, and I can confidently say this TV delivers far more than its price tag suggests. The picture quality is absolutely stunning—bright, crisp, and incredibly detailed. The Mini-LED backlighting and QLED panel produce deep blacks, vibrant colors, and excellent contrast, making movies and sports look truly cinematic. The motion handling is superb, especially for fast-paced action scenes and sports. Gaming also feels incredibly smooth thanks to its low input lag and high refresh rate support. The Google TV interface is fast, clean, and easy to use. Apps open quickly, and the built-in voice control works flawlessly. The sound quality surprisingly holds up well too—clear dialogue and decent bass without needing an immediate soundbar upgrade. Build quality is solid, with a sleek and modern design that fits perfectly into any living room. Setup was simple, and the TV automatically optimized most settings right out of the box. Overall, the TCL QM5K is a powerhouse. It combines premium-level performance with excellent affordability. TV has exceeded my expectations. However. You will need to make some adjustments to settings to get tv set how you like it. Also, make sure that your HDMI cables on all connected are updated and capable of 4k resolution. ONLY complaint is that i cant seem to change "input" using only my cable remote. I have to use both cable remote and/or TCL remote BTW....sound on this tv is AWESOME

We purchased this television on a black friday sale and feel like we received a tremendous value for our expenditure. This tv is great. We're impressed with the picture quality and the intuitive setup and menus. Best Buy provided excellent customer service and a top notch delivery process as well.

Excellent TV. The picture is crisp, and the colors are rich and saturated while maintaining high brightness. This TV outperforms much more expensive sets from companies with higher brand recognition. I don't use the built-in speakers, but they do sound better than a lot of flat panel television speakers I have heard.

First TV was DOA - didn’t realize the screen was wrecked before hanging on the wall. Return / Exchange process at BB was easy. Picture is good. Interfaces are a little slow, eArc doesn’t work with my new Yamaha receiver and top of line HDMI cable. Had to use digital optical. Overall good value for the money. I’ll likey hook up to an Apple box for faster interface.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We upgraded to the TCL 75″ QM5K, and I’m honestly so impressed. The picture is bright, crisp, and rich without feeling harsh. Colors look natural, blacks are deep, and everything from movies to sports feels immersive. Setup was easy, Google TV runs smoothly, and the size makes our living room feel like a mini theater. Sound is better than expected for a TV, though we’ll probably add a soundbar down the line. We were lucky to find this on sale and the price, let me tell feels like a steal, this feels like a premium TV without the premium stress. Very happy with this purchase.

Its a good tv for the price great image/great sound no need for a surround but like 3 days after installation I noticed like 3 spots the size of a penny right in the center I don’t want to take it off the wall to return it I decided to keep it like that just so I don’t have to carry it and do the work all over again

The picture quality is outstanding — bright, vibrant, and incredibly sharp. The colors are rich, and the contrast makes movies and shows feel cinematic, especially in darker scenes. It performs beautifully for both everyday viewing and streaming high-resolution content.

This tv, overall, is quite impressive. While shopping for a larger television for my entertainment area, I had the usual name brands in mind (Samsung, Sony, lg) and I have only heard decent things about the TCL brand. But, comparing them side by side, the TCL held up strongly. Not quite as strongly with a Sony but the Sony was way more $ and for the price and features, this television does a fine job. Despite being only 60hz refresh rate, the on board software does a great job imitating the 120hz feel and it never feels like it is overworked. As stated before, impressive television that has made me pay more attention to TCL brand.
