The first two Terminator movies did not sell for thier plotlines. They succeeded because they made people believe in the story and relate to the emotions of characters in the films. Terminator 3 did just fine in regard to this aspect. I don't like Arnold's make-up and I think the female terminator in the movie is lame (compared to Summer Glau and other "would-be" candidates). BUT you know what, this movie allows me to extend my fantasy on the series and there is no big flaw throughout. Forget about stupid Christian Bale. Terminator needs no "Salvation" !

The third installment of the Terminator movies was pretty much the answer, and finality to all the questions you still have from the first two movies. T3 also contains the first female Terminator Kristanna Loken, who does a really great job portraying the movements, and the lack of feeling typical to the Terminators. T-X (Loken) also has some really cool new weapons, and abilities that make T3 a little more interesting. In my opinion the best part of the movie is the ending (No Spoiler), in which what happened just wasn't really what I expected to happen, which was nice to see. I don't really follow the Terminator series to closely so I don't know if the ending was obvious to bigger fans, but I thought it was well done. If you are looking to have some finality to this series then T3 is a must watch. Some of the action scenes are massive and cause an outrageous amount of carnage. I just think this movie fell short, without having Sarah Connor and a largely unfamiliar cast to the previous two movies.

This movie was just entertaining. For some reason though it felt like the director was trying to imitate the events in T2. John Connor is in danger so the termintor (Arnold Shwarchzenegger) returns. Gets leather clothes. Gets a shotgun. Gets a truck (but later rides a motorcycle) and fights a "anti-terminator" again. Overall it's just a good movie.

This is an extremely entertaining movie, and good addition to the franchise. The largest downfall I see is that the "machines" sometimes seem to express more emotion than necessary, as they are just "machines". This movie is a very good stand alone movie as well, as I know people who have only seen this movie in the franchise and liked it very much.

It is a good movie in my opinion. The way Arnold for an older man beefed up for the part was pretty amazing. Didn't care too much for Nick Stahl's acting as John Connor ,but the story and action were pretty good. Buy It on bl-ray for the same price it looks amazing in blu-ray and the sound is superb. It is not better than Terminator 2 or even Terminator Salvation but hey for 10 bucks or less you will watch it again and again. The story and action make it worth the price even though the acting is painful at times.

This is hands down my favorite movie in the Terminator series. I thought it would be sunk without Cameron on board, but I was totally wrong. If you have ever enjoyed a big budget action movie, you should check this out. After watching the film, make sure to watch the In Movie Experience on the BluRay. It is like a commentary track, but so much better I cannot describe it in words.

If you are going to review a Blu-Ray movie, please describe the audio/video quality. This is a review of the Blu-Ray movie. The video quality is excellent; as near perfect as I have seen. I didn't see any grain. It even looks great when it is paused. The audio is Dolby Digital 5.1 (not Dolby TrueHD or DTS-HD Master Audio), but is great anyway. Lots of surround sound and sub-woofer bass. All Blu-Rays should be of this quality.

JUST PICKED UP THIS DISC AT BESTBUY FOR $10.00. AFTER WATCHING SALVATION ON BLU-RAY WITCH IS INCREDABLE, I FIGURED THIS WAS A MUST BUY. WOW THIS DISC IS ALSO INCREDABLE. ARNOLD AND KRISTANNA ARE FANTASTIC.I LOVE THIS MOVIE AS MUCH AS THE SECOND.I WISH JAMES WOULD GO BACK AND CHANGE SOME OF THE BACKGROUND MUSIC FROM THE FIRST ONE BECAUSE IT IS TERRIBLE.VIDEO QUALITY AND AUDIO ARE A TEN, A MUST HAVE BLU-RAY!!! STAY HEAVY.

ok this movie centers around the charecter sarah conner two people from the future go back in time and try to destroy sarah conner soo they could pervent the future birth of her son john conner this movie is one of the best films james cameron ever made and i cant wait till the new terminator ovie greats released in theaters this whole movie series plus the new tv series rocks

Good movie. Story moves fast. Good action. Acting is o'k. First two movies were great. Hard acts to follow. Don't take yourself too serious. Enjoy the movie and stop trying to compare it to the first two masterpieces.

This movie is entertaining that’s what counts. True its not as deep in drama as the first two films but James Cameron wasn’t apart of this film. It is a good chapter in this franchise. It’s worth watching.

While many don't like this movie, I still enjoyed it. I agree this is not the best in the series. However I argue that it's not the worst. I think it's still a decent sci-fi movie.

Story could be better in my opinion, but overall this is another Terminator film that is nearly just as good as the first two and definitely worth watching/owning!

Terminator 1 was great and Terminator 2 was even better. This one is good but not quite as good as the other two. This bluray has great video and audio.

As a trilogy this franchise holds up against almost any other.

Good movie. It is a nice edition to the Terminator movie family. Arnold Schwarzanegger is in great shape in this film for a man in his fifties. He still plays a great Terminator. Claire Daines is in this movie as well and does a good job. Great action and a bunch of shooting and fighting. Makes a great guy movie

I love the Terminator movies but this one was my least favorite of them. It had some great points to it. Loved some of the action scenes and the new bad terminator was great. Some of the acting was week and I felt like that made it my least favorite terminator movie. It was a good movie to watch overall though.
