I picked this movie up having never seen it before. I love warching 4K movies on the system I have ( Xbox One S and Sony XBR 850C ). It was a fun movie. The colors were very saturated, to the point where i realised my tv was not callibrated correctly because the reds were almost blown out. It really gave my set a workout. Details Were not over sharp like other transfers i have seen. In terms of resolution and detail, i would put it on par with some of the best movies i have aeen ( Joy looked amaizing ) All in all the story did a good job showing how to deal with anger. Im a bit older so I didnt always laugh out loud, but i did enjoy it.

Well, this is not as "serious" cartoon as recent Pixar's work (i.e. Up!, Big Hero 6 etc.), but in it's a pure, good old fun! Kids will love this, and everyone else will simply have a good time and relax. Characters are great, story is actually really good (after all, the movie is based on a phone game), and the it becomes better and better as the movie progresses. Picture quality is really flawless on my 58" Panasonic LCD, and the extras will keep you entertained for additional hour or so. Cute, relaxed, colorful and easy going - The Angry Birds Movie.

As a movie, the creators did a pretty good job of coming up with a decent story and characters to entertain, pretty good since the games have a paper thin background story. There are several very funny moments throughout the movie. It's definitely geared towards the kiddies, but I think animation lovers would be pleased here as well. The 3D Blu-ray is excellent, as they usually are when it comes to CGI. Some strong 3D moments, and the picture quality is flawless. I have not experienced the 4K version yet.

My daughter begged me for this movie. I didn't want to waste my money on it, but she has me wrapped around her finger. All I can say is that movie was way more entertaining than an Angry Birds deserves to be. The other thing that was awesome about this particular purchase was that it came with 4K, 3D, BluRay and UV Digital. I really wish more movies came with both the 4K and 3D versions. I like 4K, my wife and kids prefer 3D. It is hard to choose sometimes.

I just wanted to say thank you to Sony to be the first major movie studio to finally release a 4k and 3D Blu-ray combo in the same package. I hope others follow. As for the movie, i actually liked it. The 4K disc looks and sounds (Dolby Atmos) great and the 3D version has great 3D effects, but i wish it had the same Dolby Atmos soundtrack that the 4k version had. Hopefully Sony puts Dolby Atmos on the 3D version of Ghostbusters!!!

Highly enjoyable story for young and others that would enjoy basic silliness. The story lacks high drama or even much of a plot, but the video is very detailed and crazy colorful. An eye candy feast of vivid colors. The 3D is very natural looking and adds so much to the realisim, ha, ha! The included 4K verison is waiting in the wings for the day when 4K players become more affordable. Highly recommended for it's excellent 3d and video richness!

As a die-hard 3D fan, this marked my 1st 4K movie purchase! The 3D version was only available in this 4K package and I got it with no hesitation. As I have a 4K LG and have a 4K player on my X-mas list, this was an added bonus! I truly hope that more future 3D blurays come together with 4K disc as this one did! 3D for life!!!!

When this movie came out in the theater we had to see it because my son loves everything Angry Birds. He loved it and we had to get it when it came out to purchase. I do not love all things Angry Birds as he does, but it is definitely entertaining enough for me to enjoy it with him on more than one occasion. As with all animated movies there is just enough adult humor but thankful not inappropriately so.

I remember seeing previews and thinking it looked pretty good but not worth theater prices. I later rented it and loved the movie and had to buy it! I was impressed with the creativity of the movie - they took a simple idea from a game and made it into a whole story and it turned out great. It was also cute, funny, and had a good cast for voices. Humor for both kids and adults which is a bonus too.

My son was so excited when we went to buy this. He's 4 and laughed through the whole movie. There's a few jokes that went over his head and I had to explain what happened, but that didn't bother him. I did have to deal with a situation of him quoting one part of the movie. In particular he was saying he needed "some angry flocking birds". Not too bad, but not that great either.

I truly enjoyed this movie. Be warned that there's crude humor involved and that's how you'll probably know if your kids are too young to even see it. Adults will definitely enjoy this and the humor involved is something that young children may not be able to appreciate. Expect the usual cartoon violence you'd expect from Angry Birds characters but it's what made this movie funny and enjoyable.
