OK, I know what you're thinking a movie based on a video game...we've been down that road before. I was of the same mind. I asked how can they make a movie about birds that blow stuff up/knock down stuff and they don't even talk in the game. Actually, this was my surprise movie of 2016 for the Family Genre. It was hilarious and had some old school over the kids heads humor. Very very funny.

It seems when the movie came out, Angry Birds were everywhere and everyone was trying to make money off it, so why not a movie? I think the Angry Birds craze probably turned people off of this movie, but we enjoyed it. If you just take this movie for what it is and do not go into it biased because of all the Angry Birds stuff out there, you'll enjoy it.

One if the funniest movie for kids I have seen. My son was asking for it, I said to myself "this must be a worthless movie, not worth the money ". Finally I gave in and purchased it as a surprise for him. It was a very educational movie and funny, it demonstrates its ok to get mad sometimes. I definitely recommend it.

We saw this movie in the theaters and thought it was way better than I expected. Great cast of voices and really funny too. I wasn't sure how they would turn the game into a movie, but the story was really clever. It helps a little if you've played the game, but it's not a requirement. We watched it in 3D and it looked beautiful.

The voice actors the story the writing. This movie was a big surprise. You would think a movie based off an app how good can it be. I had more fun watching this than any other animated movie this year(finding dory included). I have only watched the 3D version but it looke awesome. Lots of depth and pop out.

Honestly was not expecting to like, never mind enjoy this movie. Purchased on request from little one but ended up that the adults liked the movie more. Seriously, I've seen it several times and still like it. Cute, bit of humor and a good overall message.

I was initially skeptical about watching a movie based on an app but after watching it, I must say I was impressed - it has just the correct amount of humor for both adults and younger individuals as well as great cinematography (especially in 4K)! I highly recommend this item!

Good movie overall, fun to watch, the kids loved it

This is a great movie, but please be aware of the UltraViolet terms. This cannot be redeemed on iTunes. You have to use some garbage 3rd party app to watch the movie if you wish to on a tablet. This is the last Sony movie I will purchase because of the way they mislead customers on these digital copies.

Ever since the game came out my family and I played it. We always wonder if there were a movie coming out. We were glad when the Movie hit the theaters. My kids and I enjoyed the movie very much so we just had to have it when it came out. I loved that they left it to be continue.

This movie is nicely done for the concept based off the video game Angry Birds. My daughter is 6 yo and absolutely loves it! Although she has played the game online as well so she can relate to the characters. Don't worry moms and dads it comes equipped with adult humor too!

I have 2 boys 10 an 7, and they loved it. It has an endless supply of jokes aimed at young boys. everything a boy could want. Even though I did not enjoy it, watching my boys laugh hysterically reminds me I am not the target audience. Remember who it this movie is for, and you won't be disappointed.

The fact that a cell phone game was made into a movie made me sceptical at first. Once I viewed the mention picture I knew they struck gold with this movie. The way they introduced the characters was funny, but also allowed then to be developed throughout the film. This is a must watch family film.

Son asked for it as an early preset keeps him mostly entertained (a few adult suggestions in the video kids dont catch such as "ever thought about bird control" as "baby" angry birds cross the street with thier mother) had blu ray and dvd would have been 5stars of it also had digital copy

another excellent experience . Never afraid to shop at BB. They almost always have what I want or need when no one else does. Ad I don't have to drag throu a store searching endlessly. BB always has a very sharp and knowledgeale staff person on hand, Thank You.

I am not an Angry Birds fan so I was pleasantly surprised at not only the deeper issues that they tried to address but also the overall story was surprisingly good. It won’t be a movie classic, but it’s good family fare.

I bought this 4k movie for when the grandkids come over and for the fact it has all three physical disc formats included. I was pleasantly surprised as to how good and funny this movie was. The colors just pop out of the TV thanks to the HDR format disc and TV.

This movie looks stunning, One could even say that this movie has too much color. I spent a couple of times watching this movie just in awe of the detail and color. Visuals aside, this is still a surprisingly entertaining movie that I thoroughly enjoyed.

AWESOME! Great movie, with a great (voice) cast, and fantastic animation to boot! But, above all, the kid in the family LOVES IT! Once again, an amazing sale price($8.99) and product from Best Buy! Highly recommended for the whole family! :)

This is our 2nd UHD movie and it did not disappoint. The quality of the UHD movie was amazing and to top it off the movie was great too. Not only did the kids love the movie...but we did as well. Win/win for the picture quality and how funny the movie is.
