    Good looking backpack

Quick back story how I got this was when I asked my wife to have a quick visit at Bestbuy. I didn’t know that they also sells backpack back then, so I’m a bit surprised. Anyway, going back to the story, I initially didn’t like this backpack for one reason, the ‘Thule’ branding for me is huge. Don’t get me wrong, I don’t hate it but for a minimalist guy like me, I’m not a fan. I was choosing between two backpack from a different brand. If the other backpack has a black color I would definitely end up buying it because of the look, price, and quality. The other one is a bit pricey that’s why I ended up buying the Thule backpack. This is just an initial review because I haven’t really used this backpack that much because I intended to use it this coming Spring 2024 semester but here are some PROs and CONs: PROs: - Aesthetic-wise, this backpack looks pretty good (except the branding on the backpack). Black color is my bias, so yeah, this one looks great; - Craftsmanship is good but then again I have to test this in the coming weeks to see if it can hold through time; - I really like the mesh cloth for the water bottle; - There’s a removable hard shell for sunglasses/eyeglasses, which is nice; - Aquamarine color for the material used inside the backpack which makes it more easier to see your valuables inside the bag; - The straps were designed in a comfortable manner. There’s tiny holes covered with mesh cloth to make it more breathable for your side chest; - I like the chest straps making it more secure for a long commute; - I can use this for school, work, and urban travel; - and of course, there’s a freebie Thule pouch for your cables and other things. CONs - This is just a personal liking, would be better if they just put the branding on the straps and that’s it; - It would be nice if they have a strap on the side for tall water bottles to make it more secured; - More breathable cushion for the back; That’s it for now. I’ll be writing more after couple of months. Disclaimer: This review is based on my personal experience and perspective.

This is one of the best all around use backpacks I’ve bought. Solid stitching, nice grip (not flimsy) or plastic looking like other bags made of 100% recycle and you can feel how sturdy glass compartment is. Blue tray is removable for other functions. The mini accessory helped me organize and have a quick grab and go, so I’m never forgetting a charger.

This is my two-year long-term review of the backpack I purchased on July 22, 2022. I've been using it daily for 23 months, traveling 75% of the time. After my previous backpack's shoulder strap broke on a trip to Jacksonville, Florida, I bought this one, and it has since accompanied me on six flights a month, every month, across 46 states and seven countries. The materials are top-notch, as shown in the photos where the pack looks almost new despite the heavy use. The only drawback is the lack of bottom protection for the laptop compartment and the pack overall. I wish they would design a rubber insert to better protect that area or perhaps the entire pack. One of the great features is that this backpack doesn't attract or retain odors and shows excellent resistance to discoloration, even when using disinfecting sprays like Lysol periodically. I plan to continue using it until next year before looking for an upgrade, primarily for better laptop protection or more volume. However, I'll likely return to Thule due to the overwhelmingly positive experience I've had with this backpack.

    Techie, minimalist vibe

The vibe I get from this backpack is videographer, ski trip, urban techie, or minimalist traveler. (Not a college kid) The exterior is made from an extra thick material, which makes me feel like I can be more rugged with it. But it also has a sleek urban look to it and I can take it into business meetings. It's pretty lightweight, and the inside pockets are practical. I can put a laptop, tablet, phone, and charger, into specific slots and never worry if they are going to bounce around. The hard shell pocket is nice for sunglasses or things you don't want crushed. My only downside is the rigid structure of the bag means it is not good for folding up or flattening.

Maybe 4 stars if a zipper didn't break in 6 weeks

I like the general design of the bag and and some of the features. The safe zone that gives you some protection for fragile items is nice. There is a middle pocket that can be handy but not super useful since it's hard to access. The biggest downfall is the zipper mine broke after 6 weeks. They generally haven't felt very durable, and that's proven to hold true.

Just purchased the Thule Accent Backpack 23L bundle, and it's everything I needed! As someone who carries tech everywhere, the dedicated 15.6" laptop compartment, coupled with the Subterra PowerShuttle, keeps my devices not only organized but also extra protected. The 10" tablet sleeve is a perfect fit and having the SafeZone is a huge relief for my sunglasses and phone. Despite its compact look, it's spacious and the structure is very commuter-friendly. The water bottle holder is a smart touch for on-the-go hydration. Overall, the design is sleek, professional, and it feels super durable - typical of Thule quality. Comfortable to wear, even when it's packed for a heavier day. For anyone in need of a reliable tech backpack, this one’s a solid pick. Five stars, highly recommended!

I have now had this item four months and it has been really put to the test during this time. When I saw it in the store I thought it seemed like it was pretty rugged and is it ever. I never fear of the zippers breaking because I packed it too full it can stretch and accommodate any item i put into it. It is a 10/10 in my opinion and performs like a very high end pieve of luggage. The compartments are pkentiful and they are good siize. i can carry a 15 inch laptop and ipad with charging cables and other accessories. It has a crush-proof compartment great for my Ray Bans - they never get bent. I cannot say enough good about this Thule bag.

After looking at different backpacks. I went with this one, for mainly travel. I can fit everything I need for a flight. A sweater, laptop, pens, books, switch, and small personal items. The extra sleeve I use to for my chargers on trips, which does wonders. It has a good small design, but still can hold a lot.

I initially purchased the other Thule backpack, but opted to return it and upgrade to this one. It holds all of my stuff, isn't too bulky, has a strap that holds it onto my carry-on luggage (important to me), and it has a water bottle pocket on the side that holds my wide-mouth 32 oz HydroFlask (tm). That was also important to me. The cable/charger bag is a nice bonus. I didn't think I'd use it because I'm lazy, but surprisingly I do and it keeps everything organized. I have a 13in laptop, an iPad, Beats headphones (which have a horrible packing design), and a few work notebooks/papers, and they all fit in fine, with room to spare. I can also throw in a sweatshirt or jacket and it all fits fine. I love this backpack.

Thule wins always. Just like Spigen. This backpack is exceptionally well made, comfortable to wear, durable, and rugged, all while looking so sleek and sexy. My one complaint is that the front pocket doesn't open all the way, it's like a half-moon shape so if you're putting a larger back than the included accessory bag in there it is kinda tight, you get used to it. I'll tell you what, you can put a ton of stuff in it and it maintains its small shape, which I'm in love with.

Protects my laptop, it flew across my car with a 16in MacBook and my computer was completely fine. It fits a lot. I can fit, iPad 12.9, 16in MacBook, 16in Business Laptop, Mouse, 140w charger, cables, cell phone, anger portable battery, headphones in a hardshell case, toolkit. Would recommend, just like most of the things in their brand.

Great slim backpack that holds its shape and doesnt bulge like others do. The cable bag is a great add on and good value. I like the blue inside. Cup holder is big enough. Space inside is good. The upper handle is holding up. My last Thule had the handle break off in the first month, but the rest of that backpack is still perfect to this day. I like this one better and have no complaints. One upgrade could be some straps in the front flat area near the thule logo, so you could attach a helmet or something like that easily. You can attach your helmet through the upper handle but it bounces around. Got it on sale but its worth full price.
