This is a very good backpack in general. It serves it's purpose and I like it very much. It is well design and provides lots of inside space. Good protection for my laptop and also my sunglasses. I was undecided between several other backpacks offered at Best Buy but I am glad I choose the Thule. Good product.

I bought the newer version of this bag and returned it immediately. They added some weird front pocket which folds forward and it is not functional at all and which impacts the function and appearance of the bag. This version is perfect in every way. Pockets where you need them, protection where you need it and everything has a place. It sounds stupid that this was actually the 3rd bag from Thule that I tried out before sticking with this one. It may be a little more expensive, but it is worth every penny. This is a bag that you will have for life!

I use this as an everyday/work bag and love it. The materials feel high quality, zippers are excellent and there are tons of pockets. 1 star off because the eye glass hard padded pocket at the top fit seems a bit off causing the zipper to get "stuck" at the corner. By physically moving the lid a bit it still closes. i dont use this pocket much so its not a big deal to me but worth a mention- could just be my particular bag.

The bag is very functional. Plenty of storage. Extremely comfortable to wear, especially due to the rigid backing. The straps are high quality and the bag has a high quality look and feel.

Awesome! Lots and lots of room for any and everything, from laptops to paper clips. Pricey if you look at other brands, but the quality is worth the extra bucks.

This is the only backpack I found <30L with a waist strap. In addition, most/all of the ones w/ waist straps are day packs for hiking so they tend not to have laptop-specific compartments in them. The waist strap makes my 2x laptops, tablet, and Kindle much much easier on my back!

Great backpack, I use it for work as my mobile office while traveling between stuff locations. Plenty of pockets for storing things and keeping stuff organized. I like the hard shell eye glass holder for storing my mouse and TC52.

I love this pack, there are So many pockets I use this for an omen 15 laptop and the cooler in the same pocket, next pocket I add headset and controller, next pocket I add the ac adapter and cords, in the hard pocket (for anything breakable ) I add my mouse I still have so much room. I have added clothes one time but it was pretty stuffed then.

Replaced a GoPro weekender bag with this and have not regretted it. I love all the compartments for storing items of various sizes and the glasses case is my fav of them all. I packed for a couple days in NYC no problem in this bag. Had it fully loaded at just under 20lbs. Ended up walking 12+ miles one day with it in my back.

My 13 year old son loves this bookbag. It is very durable and well made. The inside pockets/enclosures are perfect for organization. I expect this bookbag will last for many years. We are very pleased with this purchase!

This back is really really nice, however, it is sooooo expensive. Holy smokes, I almost had to finance it. Is it nice? Yes, 100%.. Is it way over priced? Heck yeah.

Love this backpack. I've used it for everyday work (office) and for my trips. Laptop, notebooks, ipad, headphones and more. Love THULE.

Has amazing storage for my laptop and for clothes and some office materials for work and it also has a option for a camel pack water supplies incase you wanna take it packing .

Good quality bag. It’s capable of holding two laptops plus papers and books. Multiple compartments make it easy to keep stuff organized

So many places to store things!fairly comfortable to carry as well, and fits so much....very adjustable

Been through a ton of backpacks and this one had plenty of space without being bulky. Enough pockets without being annoying.

This is a good backpack.I use it for school and work, and it's a lot more durable than Jansport

Is highly expandable with multiple pockets and organization spaces. The one complain that I do have is that it does not have a belt to secure it on the cabin bag handle so I have to always shoulder carry when travelling by air. For the cost, I did expect it to have the cabin bag belt. I did not return, since I liked the other features well enough to not return, but did reduce the star rating.

Excellent backpack if you're carrying a reasonable laptop and for your books and plenty of room

The hardshell pocket is what sold me on this backpack. A bit pricey but I have seen more expensive without said pocket. Durably made it has made multiple cross country trips with me as well as international. A solid buy.
