The headset was packaged really well and tight – securing the headset. Initially it was hard to set up because of all the wires. The app configuration wasn’t working properly, and my microphone wasn't working so I had to go online to a chat help and have them help me through it. The cable length is good, but it leaves a couple feet of cable across the carpet area from my TV to the couch. Also, there are many cables you must work with using these – would be awesome if it was wireless. It works while playing games with high quality sound and noise cancellation, love the surround sound. Clear sound coming through, easy to adjust and great comfort and fit while wearing my glasses. The memory foam in the cushions fit really well and block out sounds/noises. Great headset for many hours of gaming. Happy to wear these for extended gaming time with much comfort. Would absolutely recommend for gamers.

I have always thought Turtle Beach was a superior product in this proves it. I have had A30 and A50s and they are amazing, these Turtle Beaches take it to a whole new level. I paired it with the Bluetooth on my phone and it has TalkBack text so I don't even have to look down at my phone to read a text, unless it's ebonics then it doesn't do very well. It also lets me take phone calls too. The amplifier and the secondary controls crank the sound up to a whole new level, paired with the app on my phone for custom sound makes these headphones the gold standard. I'm playing The Division 2 right now and I am able to hear enemies on my flank turn around and pick them off. I watched the fourth fast and the furious last night and the sound was very very good. No question about it you got to get a pair of these it's worth every penny

Overall these are great headphones. The Bluetooth features are really nice and make answering your phone while gaming easy to use and allows you continue playing.

I was a little skeptical because of the higher price point but have owned 2 previous TB b4 and a pair of astros A40. The BEACH went to work on this one. The sound was unreal and I loved that i could wear for hour n hours but so comfortable u dont even notice! get b4 sold out!

The headset sound is amazing, I have heard people complain that the sound was not loud enough but those people must be deaf or something cause the headset does the job especially for COD and Apex. They are also really comfortable even with glasses.
