Geek squad did a fantastic job as usual! Brinne and Ethan were very pleasant to have and did a great job with the tv install. It was basically taking down the old 75 (which Geek Squad did as well 6 years ago) and putting up a new 75. I thought it would have been an easy swap but unfortunately they did have to raise the mount on the wall a few inches due to the mounting holes on the new tv and to accommodate the JBL soundbar so they did have to take the time to do that but they were still done in reasonable time and it looks fantastic, sitting perfect, right above the soundbar!

The Best Buy staff did a very quick and efficient setup of our new Sony 56" Bravia. They hauled away our existing TV and were very thorough in their cleanup.

The gentleman that came to set up my TV arrived on time, easily took down my old TV and installed the new one on the wall. He was very experienced, professional and careful. He managed the initial set up. He made sure I was happy with the placement on the wall, answered all my questions and hauled away my old TV leaving me ready to go with my new TV.

Second time over pass 2 three years using this service and it’s worth the price. Service technician arrived earlier, was very professional and knowledgeable about the installation. Was in and out in no time. He was very respectful of my property ( wore slip over shoe covers without being asked to do so and protected walls from damage during removal of old TV).

Two guys showed up to haul away our huge 65 inch theater screen big box TV and the matching stand with built-in speakers. I thought it would take a good amount of time to get it out of the house and out the door, but not at all! They brought in the new updated 65 inch Roku and removed that monster sized TV and stand in less than 10 minutes.

The gentlemen were extremely helpful and professional. They left my flat screen fully functional with the use of a single remote. Also had all of my streaming apps and cable fully functional

The 98” is great but the fellows that came to install it did not center the bracket well and forgot the manual.

The Geek Squad was on time and professional. Did a great job setting up and explaining how to use the t.v.

The workers were really awesome really knowledgeable and we're really careful with installing the TV. They did a fantastic job!

We were replacing a TV damaged in a multi-purpose room in our facility. We had an exiting mount on the wall. They sent a 2-man crew since it was 86" tv. They just transplanted the hanger arms, re-mounted the TV and hauled away the old 86". I wired it back up myself since it would have cost more for them to do. All said, they helped with the hardest parts for our staff which was the delivery, heavy lifting and haul away. I can't speak for their installation or wiring expertise since we did not need them for that.

Pretty cut and dry. They delivered my old tv. Were very efficient and courteous, picked up my old tv and took it with them. Great service.

I am single so it’s necessary to have someone take away the TV . I was happy for the set up of my new TV and they took the old one away. It is a nice service
