I love this speaker. Quick connection and handy features like volume, pause and volume change make it worth the cost. Especially because of the durability and the fact it is waterproof!

UE Boom 2 is a solid, portable speaker that will meet the needs of most listeners with realistic expectations. The unit handles midrange well, but struggles with decent bass as should be expected out of a smaller system. Sounded much better than Beats Pill and Bose junk which had a tin can type sound at higher volumes. If you need tunes on the go, pool or beach this is an ideal unit.

I am very pleased with my speakers. They were very easy to set up and connect. They are very versatile and produce great sound. They make listening to multiple media very enjoyable.

Purchased this on sale and I’m not disappointed. I’m impressed by the battery life. I’ve been using it for a few hours a night over the past week or 2 and it still has its charge. The sound is nice and full. Recommend

I bought this before going on vacation last year. The charge lasts forever. The audio is very good. The Bluetooth range is amazing. While on vacation, I broadcast from my iPad on the 3rd floor balcony to the UE BOOM 2 about 100 feet or more (clear line of sight) to the grounds of the condo we stayed in. No breakup of transmission. Clear sound at low volume (facilitates conversations). Easy to adjust volume. Compact and robust - travels well. I haven't tried ganging with other UE Boom 2 speakers to get even better sound.

I was looking for a portable speaker to use at home and pair with my new echo dot. This speaker is awesome. You won't believe the sound that comes out of it and it's loud. I wish I bought another when it was on sale.

We needed something to play our favorite music while on the boat . Previous speakers fizzled out when needed most. Before we had to move speakers away once it started to rain ; but not anymore. The sound on this speaker is awesome and it's waterproof . It is Bluetooth ready and attaches to non Bluetooth devices like older iPods too. On top of that it's nice looking comes with a case and a variety of colors! Great product !

This speaker has excellent sound for it's size! Plus it seems pretty durable. I even have plans to get another one of these to pair with it so I can have even more incredible sound!

We purchased two of these speakers. Once we got them set up we have really enjoyed them. There is a lack of instructions for setting up and operating the speakers which was frustrating for us. They sound pretty good but don’t have a lot of bass. We needed waterproof speakers for use on the lake and felt these were the best option for our purposes.

Awesome sound, this speaker is great because it is drop proof as well as waterproof where some others are just splash proof. What sold me was the sound coming from this little guy and the fact that it is drop proof.

After checking out reviews for many different speakers, I decided to get a pair of these while they were on a great sale price. Perfect stereo sound for the other rooms of my apartment. Just what I was hoping for.

Simple no frills compact design + durable build. Sound is very good , for it’s small size the bass is good- But if you are looking for lots of bass look for a larger speaker... Tip: you can improve the bass sound if you put the speaker in an area that reflects the sound - like the windshield of a car or a greenhouse window in back of a sink.

I’ve had this speaker for roughly a month. I use it on my screened in porch so the water resistance is nice. The app works well and I like that it is one step to shut down/unpair the speaker. The sound quality is excellent and the slightly weak bass can be compensated for by adjusting placement. It is acceptable in all cases though. There is a rudimentary eq as well. The volume is also good. I would definitely recommend this speaker for a good, portable Bluetooth unit.

Overall a great speaker drivers are nice and heavy which can determine the quality. Super transportable. App is awesome and doubling up make the experience even more awesome.
