Penny sleeves being included are a great bonus! I’ve purchased this brand numerous times, and have had zero issues. The quality is always consistent; the sleeves are crystal clear, never dull / scratched / foggy…and you can’t beat the price! As an avid card collector, Ultra-Pro is and will be my go-to for top loaders.
