Ok so was looking for a 65 inch already had a D series 55 inch Vizio anyway was on a budget so there's a lot out very competitive. But for the money it was a no brainer color crisp blacks pretty deep so bought it very pleased . If you looking for a 4K 65inch for under 800.oo Buy it you'll love it..

Disclaimer: The picture quality is outstanding. Unless you're a reviewer for CNET, you'll be 110% satisfied with this TV's picture quality, and I'm not just an average consumer - I'm somewhere between that and a videophile. Also, I've been using this TV since right after Thanksgiving 2016. I've bought Vizio TVs exclusively for the past 7-8 years, and that amounts to at least four that I can think of. Their quality continues to rival their more-expensive competitors, which have marginally better quality if at all. However, Vizio is poised to let me down this time around for three reasons: 1) Goodbye Smart TV, hello Dumb TVs. It appears that the trend in technology is to strip down what TV's come with built in, forcing you to buy peripheral accessories to access your content, e.g. Roku. I've loved Vizio's built-in apps for a long time, and they've been replaced buy a HORRENDOUS phone/tablet app called SmartCast. If you are lucky enough to get it to work, this TV forces you to add another step/device to your TV-watching process, and you have to use Chomecast. That's not user- or consumer-friendly, period. 2) Speaking of, the remote is nearly useless. Yes, you can turn it on/off, switch inputs, and change the volume. Past that, if you want to do ANYTHING with your TV, including adjust audio/picture settings or even use a sleep timer, you have to use the God-awful SmartCast app. Also not conducive of a satisfying consumer experience. 3) Worst of all, this TV is giving me actual tech issues, which is a first for me with Vizio TVs. Right out of the box, the screen produced an unnatural duplicate picture ghosted across the actual picture, and I actually thought the TV was physically broken. Unfortunately, this happens regularly now, probably weekly. Sometimes switching inputs fixes it, but more often than not, you have to turn off and turn on the TV to get rid of the ghost image. Finally, what prompted me to write this review was the horrible realization that this TV will probably wind up forcing me to call customer service at some point when/if it craps out. Yesterday, I couldn't turn it on. It would power up, the Vizio logo would appear, and then it would die and reboot. This happened several times before I unplugged and restarted, twice. In summary, if you remove the tech issues AND can live with some sacrificed usability to save some money, this TV is legitimately an incredible bang for your buck.

This TV makes it easy! I love the smart features! They open up the world of TV in direct connection with the internet helping to eliminate other increasingly unnecessary devices. All of that and an outstanding picture too!!

I think this is a great television at a great price. I’m not a very technical person, so I’m just gonna stick with what my son and I think. I think the colors are fantastic for my shows and movies. As for my son,he has not stopped playing his video games in the living room since we got it. It’s amazing looking at the difference from our last television. It truly make a difference in what he can see and the quality of the picture. Very happy with our purchase! I’m not so excited with the app remote. I prefer to have a remote that can do whatever my needs are. I still would choose this TV over the others. Why pay more for a great product that outlasts it’s more expensive competitors.

Amazing picture quality and I did not expect to like the SmartCast feature as much as I do. Would recommend to anyone looking for a not so pricey, huge tv with great quality.

Picture looks great and setup is easy. The ability to go deeper into the display settings helps the picture look very clear. For the price you can't go wrong with this TV.

Purchased this tv during a sale. Arrived right away in perfect condition. Installed easily. Setup was simple. We get lots of compliments on this tv. I highly recommend it!

Got at great price. Would like the OLED but not cost effective yet and with the local dimming zones the black levels are not bad at all. Required a little bit of tweaking on the picture settings to get calibrated but after that it looks great. The built in sound is ok but higher levels are of course high band treble and can overpower rooms and compete with environmental sounds as you might expect. Hook up to AV receiver and all is great. Don't use the built in smart functions as use ATV or Roku but tested and works fine for screen casting and major app access (Netflix, etc.)

Very clear picture, easy to hook up. Plays well with other devices. My only complaint is you do need a separate sound bar or the sound is not very good.

I love my tv!! I do wish it had more apps loaded or loadable but you can use some apps from you phone so it’s ok. Picture is clean and setup was easy.

Tv was easy to set and has a great picture. Apps work well and the soundbar was easy to add. Vizio makes a great affordable product...

It's a beautiful tv most of the time. There are sometimes when I wonder why things don't show up better, but overall, especially for the price, this is a great buy! I do love that it's got many programs built right in such as chromecast, and all the linked apps like Netflix, Amazon Prime, and others. I haven't hooked up the special vizio casting app, mostly because it had a lot of people upset based on the reviews, but frankly, you don't need it. It works great without any special app.

We got this tv to put in our basement and it works great!! Very easy to set up and the picture quality is unreal.

Ive been using VIZIO TV products since 2012. My last TV was a 60 inch. After 4 years of every day use, my VIZIO held up like a trooper. I noticed a snall faded spot in the screen and had it replaced with a 65 inch TV. If youre on a budget but wonder how big you can go, this VIZIO 65 inch will be your best bet. After 65 inches, the price goes up drastically acrossed all brands. VIZIO is a reliable brand and Best Buy stays true to everything they say.

So far Vizio Products haven't let me down this is my 4th TV from the brand great prices and quality.

The picture on this tv is the best in it's price range.Having smartcast capabilities is a great option.

I bought it knowing that it had a very basic remote with almost no functionality aside from volume and options you don't use very often like screen alterations. An update came in about 3 weeks ago and afterwards it asked me to submit an order for a new remote. The remote arrived 5 days later with shortcuts for several streaming services, it's officially a 'smart tv'. It went from just having a chromecast built in to having a few apps, Amazon/Netflix/Vudu, just to name a few. Now it has an on screen menu so you don't have to use your phone every time you want to set an off timer, for example. Picture quality is great, can't say much for sound since I use a soundbar but overall I'm very happy with this TV now with the update. The Amazon app is extremely slow right now, but that's on Amazon, every other app is snappy and clean. Before the update it was one of those 'well you get what you pay for' situations, although the picture was still obviously great.

If you are looking for a 4K SMART TV, buy anything other than Vizio. I hate the chromecast functionality, I personally would like a TV that has smart apps like Vizio used to have on their TVs before they made them with chromecast. The TV's resolution is great, the picture is nice and crisp. The sound sounds cheap but it can get pretty loud. The TV is not bad for the price but could expect more from a "smart" tv.
