These are all known and ignored issues if you google this soundbar. They have offered to send me a refurbished unit as a replacement. Glad I paid retail for a new one, so they can send me a refurb. I wanted to like it, but I can't recommend it.

The soundbar just turns itself off at random times regardless of any settings, including eco. When called tech support, they have cookie cutter trouble shooting and will end up offering to send you a new one, and it will do the same thing.
