I would ensure you are using a 5.1 audio type as this will provide you with the best audio into the sound bar. You can also adjust the Bass, Treble, Center and Surround setting to fit your room needs.

I found this sound bar's audio to be of poor quality overall. It also kept turning off and reverting to my TV speakers at random intervals. I thought this sound bar would be a good match to my Vizio 4k TV. I was mistaken. I returned it and am looking again.
