    First of all, I had to return the remote because it drained my batteries and died twice within weeks. Also dealing with the fact that the speaker does not stay on even while watching something. I called Best Buy about it and they wouldn't do anything because I didn't purchase the Protection Plan even though I was within 30 days of purchase. I contacted Vizio and they replaced the remote but did not troubleshoot the issue with the speaker going out. So I am still dealing with that issue of that. I guess they figured the remote would fix that issue. I have yet to contact them again. Not to mention, it is not user friendly in regards to programming the soundbar and remote.

    Tru-Volume Isn't

    Its chief selling point, Tru-Volume, doesn't work as promoted. Adjust volume so Ads are tolerable and the show content is too low to be understood.

    Pros: it has great connectivity and the sound from the bar is really clear. Price is really accesible Cons: the satelite speakers are hard to hear

    Assembling is not an issue. The sound bar produce average sound. The android app does not work, but I just use it for my TV and not for streaming music.

    Great sound bar system, but sub would not power on when turning on system. Wasn't happy having to manually turn on subwoofer every time so returned it.

      The sub woofer if intended to be turned on and left on. When it's not receiving a signal, it will go into a stand by mode. The sub does have an 'On' or 'Off' switch that can be used to power down the sub woofer when you don't want bass tones. But for everyday use, we'd recommend leaving the sub woofer powered on, and not switching it off or on when when you'd like to use it. VIZIO

    every once in a while the bass speaker doesn’t work. I have to unplug an plug back in the sound bar for it to work.

      Hi Eric. The subwoofer will only play when you're listening to content with deep bass tones. Some content (like the nightly news) may not have these deeper bass tones. If you're watching content with bass tones (like actions movies- or playing music) you should be hearing the sub- so if that's the case, please give us a call at 855-833-3221 so we can get this resolved.     This system is just pathetic. I've had this for a few months now, and it's been absolutely nothing but trouble almost every time we use this system. I've tried unplugging, factory reset, re-pairing, and nothing seems to make it right. Subwoofer/surround cuts out when it wants to, and the soundbar comes on and goes off on it's own even if the power save mode is off. I've tried and tried to just keep with it to see if it works, but it's just ridiculous how bad this has been.

    Had to send back for a replacement. Sub woofer would not come back on line after sleep (eco) mode. Had to turn on manually every time.

    Its good when it wants to work, I was hoping the replacement plan I got for it would solve issues I have with the product but apparently needs to be "diagnosed". Ever since the products been updated it has sound sync issues and the dialog audio is terrible. You get what you pay for and im annoyed I cant get this product replaced because its faulty.
