    Lasted 1.5 years. Too long for the warranty to mean anything. Doesn't power on at all. Attempted all of the steps Vizio recommends (unplugging/replugging, holding power button), and the associated app is unable to locate it.

    I took 2hr of trying to get to work it did not support 4K pass though I call support and the guy keep telling me it is a sound bar it does not pas picture only sound by the time I manage to get sound out it was no bad but I was full of glitches I have to unplug it every time I want work and replug it so I just turn it in and I hope to get one next week that support 4K pass though

    Fourteen months later, no power to the main bar. Called Vizio to see what they could do and of course nothing. a product should last longer than this

    Buyer beware. This is a terrible piece of equipment. It turns on and off at will. It doesn't turn on at all at other times. It's low quality and not the "deal" it appears to be. I've had for less than 2 months, can no longer return and now have to buy another brand new bar.

    I don't use the back 3 surround speakers anymore

    When surround sound kicks in on the back speakers with action sequences, I constantly had to turn the volume down to avoid offending neighbors, plus it was just plain irritating. Night mode did almost nothing to resolve volume variation issue. When the action sequence ended, I had to turn the volume back up to hear voice sounds from front speakers.

    Didn't Meet Expectations

    Purchased because it could connect with Google Home. But wireless subwoofer never stayed connected and not much sound came out of surround speakers, even when in music only mode. With those features not working well, it loses all value. I traded for a ZVOX sound base and sound quality is way better. Only one piece and you get better sub and better surround all in one unit

    Worst soundbar ever! We purchased in November of 2018 and it stopped working by March. The replacement wasn't any better. We has trouble with the original soundbar purchase from the beginning the even after replacing it, nothing improved. Sound would turn off for no reason. It would not turn on when TV would turn on. It would make crazy high pitch sounds. We have now had the sound bar for a little over a year and it completely died! It will no longer power on. Tried all the suggested troubleshooting provided several times and no luck. Contacted customer services and aside from what I've already tried all they told me what that the soundbar was out of warranty and they can't help me. Now all we have is an extra large paper weight we can't use. Stay away from this. It might seem like a good purchase for the price, but we DO NOT RECOMMEND>
