    Didn’t even last a year and half, no longer gets any power to it and happened to fail a little after 1 year warranty expired go figure.

    Went out twice. First time, the sound kept bursting and the other time it did not even turn on. 1 under one year warranty so they replaced it with a recertified/ refurbished and after few months of replacing, the recertified/ refurbished went out again but it was 1 month prior to one year Warranty so they did not do anything but give a little discount for the new one which I am not even sure if I will use that discount code as I do not trust Vizio and especially not this model as it apparently is defective and they did not care of replacing/ fixing it. Twice in 1 year and I have 2 of those. Vizio, do better!!!

      Hello Cheese, you may be able to get more volume from your bar by adjusting the surround levels, the individual Bass and Treble or turning off the TruVol feature. VIZIO

    Unreliable, connection broken after 7 months

    Vizio used to be a great brand, but for sound bars I'm done. This garbage constantly turns off in the middle of watching TV, even after turning off the eco mode. Only had it for 7 months and now I'm finding the subwoofer won't connect anymore. I haven't even taken the time to connect the rear surround speakers yet but now it's pointless since the Bluetooth link doesn't work. Good thing I got the protection plan. I'm sure best buy will be replacing this thing multiple times, which is annoying since I have it mounted perfectly as part of a complicated setup. Might just get it replaced so I can sell it and get something better at this point.

    Sound bar fine for 4 months then-loud popping noises. Sound would turn off on it's own or increase on it's on. Next, could not turn off or on with remote or manually. Became so concerned that we would unplug when not at home or over night. Afraid of possible fire hazard. Replaced with Samsung sound bar that works great and has a speaker devoted to voice which really works wonderful.

    Sounded great while it worked, unfortunately I continually had bluetooth connectivity issues between the soundbar and the subwoofer. As a result, the bookshelf speakers also wouldn't work. I had bought the Bestbuy warranty and tried to return but was told I'd have to return to the manufacturer for them to repair which can take up to a month. Before leaving the store, I spoke to the salesperson in the home audio department and asked his impression of Vizio soundbars to which they replied they'd never recommend a customer buy one. The things we wish we knew prior to purchasing. I will never purchase another Vizio product and suggest you do the same.

    I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone. The sound quality isn’t all that great. The instructions manual isn’t that good either. I was very disappointed but decided to keep it because the stores weren’t open due to COVID-19

    The sound bar worked when I connected it to Bluetooth, but not when I connected it through hdmi to my tv. I tried many setting and couldn’t get it to work. When it connected through Bluetooth, there was a delay between the sound and the picture.

    I am giving it a 2 because the speakers will not fit any speaker stand because of the way they are made and I called best buy and person told me I had to look on the web site for more stands she was not helpful at all ..

    Worked great for a year then I heard a small pop and hasn't worked since. Vizio is a great product when it works but there not known to have quality products. Stay away from this company.

    Great sound, no doubt. Connection issues. Were a deal breaker for me. Constantly resetting itself. Not working as it should. Just an overall headache to configure.

    I thought it was a good price for a five channel soundbar subwoofer combo however the from I was using it was too big for this system. Needed more power and larger sub woofer

    Sound is really good but after using it a few time the sub cuts off from the sound bar and it gets quiet. It only happens for a few seconds but is extremely annoying, that's why it's getting a bad review

    We had to return it because there was always a horrible lag. We tried two different Vizio sound systems and they both had the same issue. Keep in mind, we have a Vizio 4K TV so we expected no issues.
